О НЕКОТОРЫХ АКСИОМАХ СОВРЕМЕННОГО МАРКСИЗМА-ЛЕНИНИЗМА-СТАЛИНИЗМА,  ОТХОД ОТ КОТОРЫХ СОСТАВЛЯЕТ  СОДЕРЖАНИЕ СОВРЕМЕННОГО ОППОРТУНИЗМА.

То, что игнорирование научных аксиом в революционной теории и практике борьбы ведёт, минимум, к нерешённости проблем и задач и – максимум – к поражению в сражениях с классовым противником, является аксиомой.

Аксиомой является и то, что верна и действенна только современная наука об общественной жизни. Она (1) аккумулирует из прошлого всё, что было подтверждено практикой, и при неизменности основных условий действительна и сегодня, и (2)  включает новые верные выводы из анализа специфической ситуации в современном мире.

Следующая аксиома. О периодизации коммунистического движения. 

У пролетарского революционного освободительного движения три исторических этапа (периода), а не два: (1) марксизм, (2) марксизм-ленинизм и (3)  марксизм-ленинизм-сталинизм. И ныне борьба идёи на четвёртом, заключительном этапе – этапе глобализации и мировой  социалистической революции. 

Содержание первого периода – марксизма – рождение пролетарской науки об общественной жизни и первые попытки пролетариата овладеть ею и применить на практике.

Содержание второго периода — марксизма-ленинизма: успешное практическое применение творческого марксизма для прорыва буржуазной пелены, окутавшей мир, организацией первой в истории человечества победы социалистической революции в одной стране – Великой Октябрьской социалистической революции в России, сменившей здесь диктатуру буржуазии на диктатуру пролетариата в союзе с трудовым крестьянством и народной интеллигенцией в виде рождённой трудовым народом Советской власти, защита молодой советской республики от внешней и внутренней контрреволюции.

В.И.Ленин создал результативный субъективный фактор для победы объективно назревшей социалистической революции в буржуазно-помещичьей России — выпестовал  партию революционеров и вооружил её современной наукой об общественной жизни (марксизмом-ленинизмом). Он открыл и воплотил в действительность Союз Советских Социалистических Республик как социалистическую федерацию и определил путь строительства социализма.

Третий же период —  это  марксизм-ленинизм-сталинизм. Он не менее  значим в истории пролетарского революционного движения, чем первые два. В этот период  под руководством И.В.Сталина (1) был построен по ленинским лекалам социализм в бывшей деспотической, буржуазно-помещичьей России (1936 год – первая социалистическая Конституция СССР) как первоначальная, переходная фаза коммунизма к его полной реализации, (2) развился СССР как прообраз будущего государственного  устройства   многонационального человечества, в котором  будет полностью реализован принцип равенства наций на уровне их полноправия, основанный  на социалистическом строе и на гарантированном сохранении суверенитета как Союза, так и входящих в него республик, (3) одержана победа над самым реакционным порождением капитализма – европейским фашизмом во главе с нацистской Германией, (4) прочерчен путь к полному коммунизму в СССР и начато движение к нему, главное – (5) Великий Октябрь стал перерастать в мировую социалистическую революцию (начала складываться мировая система социализма), что поставило под вопрос дальнейшее существование империализма (монополистического капитализма с господством финансовой олигархии).

Парадокс, но империализм, борясь за выживание, раньше, чем послесталинские теоретики рабочего класса, познал значение сталинизма как особого этапа (периода) марксизма-ленинизма и пролетарского движения как основы этого движения, гибельного для империализма, и в стремлении остановить революционное движение и не дать ему победить в мировом масштабе нашёл, какую основную несущую колонну реального здания коммунистического движения в СССР и в мире взорвать, чтобы разрушилось всё здание. Эта несущая колонна – сталинизм.

Метод отбрасывания сталинизма– демонизация личности Сталина. Вместе с водой масштабной клеветы на личность Сталина легко выплеснули и ребёнка – сталинизм как марксизм-ленинизм данной эпохи. Союзником в этом империалистическом деле оказалось  оппортунистическое перерождение  правящей партийно-государственной номенклатуры в СССР, которое достаточно было империализму поддержать и сознательно культивировать (с помощью т.н. «агентов влияния»). Поразительна живучесть социализма: разрушительный путь от Хрущёва до Горбачёва занял целых 35 лет (от ХХ съезда КПСС 1956 года до компрадорского горбачёвско-ельцинского переворота в Москве в 1991 году).

Хрущёв, как по заказу, повёл противоположную сталинизму  политику во всех без исключения сферах общественной жизни – производственной (как в сельском хозяйстве, так и в промышленности), в армии, в международных отношениях, в партийном строительстве и т.д., — но не смог  уничтожить СССР, а Горбачёв довёл разрушительное дело до конца, когда в результате деформаций социализма на основе антисталинизма, породивших реанимацию и рост капитала, возникла возможность взорвать социалистическую надстройку СССР, а вместе с ним и европейскую часть мировой системы социализма, а также предельно ослабить всё международное рабочее движение, лишив его эпохальных достижений Великого Октября и послеоктябрьского периода.

Что касается промежуточного периода между Хрущёвым и Горбачёвым –  правления Брежнева, то задача полного разоблачения антисталинизма как условия продолжения социалистического развития поставлена не была и её решение не производилось, что и позволило развиться деформациям социалистического общества, прежде всего, вызреванию капиталистических отношений. Результат налицо: мощнейшая социалистическая держава –опора мирового революционного движения – была разрушена.  Разрушена относительно «мирно», без мировой войны и даже войн локальных. Такие войны вспыхнули на территории СССР потом, в ходе открытой  реанимации  буржуазного строя, так как любой капитализм  без конфликтной конкуренции, дележа собственности и источников её получения и умножения жить не в состоянии.

Вместо СССР на его территории теперь ряд разрозненных буржуазных республик, вынужденная их интеграция идёт вяло и, в основном,  пока экономическая и оборонная, а не политическая, да и то частичная и не прочная.

Таков итог непротивления антисталинизму, этой главной сознательной диверсии империализма против марксизма-ленинизма-сталинизма, то есть  теории и практики революции третьего периода мирового пролетарского движения  1924 – 1953гг — крупное стратегическое поражение пролетариата мирового масштаба.

Антисталинизм, воспринятый некоторыми теоретиками и практиками марксизма-ленинизма в СССР и во всей социалистической системе  – типичное соглашательство с буржуазией,  то есть оппортунизм, охвативший все сферы жизни социалистического общества.    Оппортунизм оказался способен разрушить даже самое мощное социалистическое государство.

И это не случайно, так как социализм – единственное  в истории человечества общество, какое в состоянии революционно возникнуть и развиваться только на основе разума и его высшего проявления – науки об общественной жизни. Поэтому отход от верной науки чреват неминуемым поражением.

Однако данное поражение социализма, хотя и стратегическое, но, к счастью, временное, учитывая объективные тенденции развития человеческого общества. (см. следующую аксиому).

А пока вывод: одно из обязательных условий выхода мирового коммунистического и рабочего движения  из кризиса и победы мировой социалистической революции —  полное разоблачение антисталинизма, возвращение к его практике с учётом новейших достижений пролетарской мысли и действия.

После Сталина преемником марксизма-ленинизма-сталинизма, продолжателем науки и практики комдвижения на следующем, переживаемом ныне этапе, этапе глобализации является кимирсенизм-кимчениризм (итог развития и воплощения  самобытных идей чучхе Ким Ир Сена), чья верность доказана практическими успехами национально- и социально-освободительного движения корейского народа, (1) освободившегося от японского колониализма (1945 год), (2) победившего коллективного (глобального) агрессора во главе с империалистическими США в Отечественной освободительной войне (1950-1953 годы),  (3) построившего и развившего социализм под руководством Трудовой партии Кореи во главе с Ким Ир Сеном и Ким Чен Иром  практически в непрерывное военное время и ныне успешно ведущего корейский народ в полный коммунизм под руководством уважаемого товарища Ким Чен Ына путём строительства мощной и процветающей социалистической державы с самостоятельной политикой, независимой экономикой и способностью к победе в обороне.

Целостная теория и практика кимирсенизма-кимчениризма пока единственная, знаменующая современный, четвертый этап пролетарского освободительного движения, который можно назвать глобальным.

Но и на этом этапе учёт в революционной практике не только марксизма, не только ленинизма, но и сталинизма – обязательное условие успеха.     

Следующая аксиома.   Основные тенденции в развитии современного человеческого общества – (1) глобализация и, соответственно,  (2) переход от капитализма к коммунизму в  мировом масштабе.

Глобализация – это прогрессивная объективная  тенденция:  всестороннее, повсеместное и ускоренное единение человечества на базе научно-технического прогресса. Неофашистский отряд глобального империализма, представленный  англосаксонским отрядом мировой финансовой олигархии и военно-политической элитой государств его базирования (США, Великобритания с их сателлитами) использует её для осуществления глобализации по-империалистически, то есть единения  народов и государств при сохранении своего повсеместного,  безраздельного и безграничного господства для продолжения извлечения сверхприбылей от эксплуатации всех народов и государств.

Этот отряд, перехвативший в 1945 году бредовую гитлеровскую идею мирового господства, ныне бросает на кон для достижения названной цели всю свою экономическую и военную мощь, накопленную путём длительной эксплуатации всего мира в ходе и после окончания Второй мировой войны.

Ещё не окончилась вторая мировая война, а этот отряд заявил претензию на мировое господство и для паралича сопротивления устрашил мир чудовищными фашистскими преступлениями: взрывами ядерных бомб в городах Японии Хиросиме и Нагасаки и ковровыми бомбардировками городов Германии, в чём ни в том, ни в другом случае не было никакой военной необходимости.

В экономике этот отряд бросает вызов прогрессивной глобализации своими эмбарго (экономическими блокадами) для отключения непокорных народов и их государств от естественных мирохозяйственных связей, для порождения таким образом внутренних социально-экономических и общественно-политических кризисов, для насаждения путём «демократических» выборов или кровавых государственных переворотов коллаборационистских правительств. пристёгивания республик-жертв к своим гегемонистским планам и  использования местных человеческих, природных и рукотворных ресурсов в целях своей экспансии.

В политике – это всевозможные санкции, не только экономические. Они нацелены на насильственное побуждение государств отказаться от самостоятельности, идти в фарватере интересов  англосаксонской мировой финансовой олигархии, отключить народы и их государства  от союза с антифашистскими народами и государствами.

Такая политика прямо противостоит  государственному единению мира.

В военной области, являющейся продолжением политики, – это (1) навязывание человечеству расточительной гонки вооружений ради поддержания  сверхприбылей  военно-промышленных монополий, что отвлекает от социально-экономического развития колоссальные средства,  это (2) агрессивные захватнические войны, уничтожающие людские ресурсы и плоды созидательного труда.

Ясно, что всё это антипод подлинной глобализации, объективно происходящей для достижения высшей общечеловеческой  производительности труда.  И человечество это препятствие уберёт, обеспечив глобализацию по-социалистически. Вопрос лишь, когда и какой ценой. Уберёт, так как альтернативой является гибель человечества (об этой аксиоме —  ниже).

Вторая закономерная тенденция сегодняшнего мирового развития человеческого общества – его переход от капитализма к коммунизму в мировом масштабе, начатый Великим Октябрём. Стратегическое поражение социализма в 1991 году  оказалось в состоянии существенно притормозить, но не уничтожить эту тенденцию, имеющую столь же объективный характер, независимую от воли лиц, народов и государств, как и глобализация. Глобализация – экономическая и прочая среда для названного перехода, современная арена идущего перехода от капитализма к коммунизму, на которой происходит схватка  основных противоположных сил –  глобализаторов по-империалистически и глобализаторов по-социалистически. Пока эти силы не равны по своей организованности в пользу глобализации по-империалистически, а по потенциальной силе – в пользу глобализации  по-социалистически.

Сохранились и продолжают развиваться несколько социалистических государств, из которых страной классического социализма можно считать КНДР.  Ростки социализма зреют   по всему миру, особенно в государствах,  добивающихся самостоятельности, освобождения от иноземного экономического, политического, информационно-психологического  и военного засилья. Всё чаще те или иные политические силы предлагают социалистические методы решения проблем. А главное —  в условиях кризиса империализма мир всё больше сознаёт, что капитализм не в состоянии решить имеющиеся многочисленные общечеловеческие проблемы, тогда как  социализм обладает безграничными возможности  их решения и исторически уже доказал возможность этого в СССР и в других государствах реального социализма.

Посмотрим на современную проблематику человечества с точки зрения назревшего и искомого будущего — победившего социализма в мировом масштабе.

Первая современная проблема – это обеспечение мира, поскольку в современной  мировой войне может получить поражение не одна какая-либо побеждённая сторона, а погибнуть всё человечество. Носителем войны является капитализм, тем более на империалистической стадии. Он по-прежнему живёт за счёт двух основных источников прибыли и сверхприбыли

– (1) эксплуатации народов, природных и рукотворных ресурсов собственных государств и (2) ресурсов других государств, которые не соглашаются на это безропотно, а потому капитал прибегает к  военному принуждению. Причём для поддержания своей власти в государствах своего базирования, олигархи  склонны подкармливать рабочий класс за счёт сверхэксплуатации народов зависимых  государств. Не дай империализму возможность развязывать войны, и он, лишившись этого обязательного источника прибыли,  погибнет.

Вот и ныне агрессивный отряд мирового империализма, – западный —  первый после германского нацизма доросший до фашизма,  ринулся ради сохранения своего мирового господства в вооружённую атаку на человечество, развязывая Третью мировую войну, видя в ней выход из системного кризиса капитализма и средство экспансии для сохранения мировой гегемонии. По его вине сегодня пылают Украина и Ближний Восток, поджигаются Корейский полуостров,  подбрюшье Китая (Тайвань) и т,д.

Но современная война, как уже отмечалось, в отличие от войн прошлого, чревата поражением и гибелью не только отдельных государств, не только геноцидом значительных частей тех или иных народов  и местными тотальными разрушениями плодов человеческого труда, а гибелью всего человечества, так как будет вестись с применением  оружия массового поражения, способного погубить всё живое на Планете   напрямую  или вследствие необратимого разрушения природных условий существования.

Вот почему первостепенная историческая задача всего человечества ныне – не допустить Третьей мировой войны с применением оружия массового поражения, и дорога к социализму идёт в наши дни через уничтожение неофашистского западного отряда мировой финансовой олигархии – главного виновника войны — так же, как она шла в середине ХХ века через уничтожение европейского фашизма во главе с нацистской Германией. Осчастливить себя коммунизмом  человечество может только,  если выживет. В этой связи новая современная историческая миссия пролетариата и его трудовых союзников  — спасти человечество от самоуничтожения путём победы над глобальным неофашизмом.

В коренное отличие от  империализма,  мировой социализм — это всеобщий мир, так как  для войны — конечного силового способа разрешения непримиримых противоречий — при социализме нет объективных причин: отсутствует главное социальное противоречие —  между трудом и капиталом, так как не станет частного капитала и все средства производства будут находиться в общем владении всего человечества и управляться им по единому плану.

Продовольственная проблема и проблема водоснабжения решаемы мировым социализмом в считанные годы на основе общенародной собственности на средства производства и плановой экономики, как и производства  всего необходимого для быта и труда людей.

Экологическая проблема решаема за счёт концентрации средств, высвобождаемых  из военной сферы, и привлечения в сферу защиты экологии серьёзной науки. То же самое относительно безопасности от воздействия убийственных и разрушительных  природных явлений, включая землетрясения,  цунами, пандемии, пожары, атаки космических объектов и т. д. Только социализм, жизнеспособность которого обеспечивается наукой,  способен  создать условия для безграничного развития человечества в гармонии с природой, тем более, что человечество является её порождением. Убив природу, человечество убьёт себя как её часть.

Энергетическая проблема перестанет быть ограничителем человеческого прогресса и головной болью в плане охраны природы, так как человек при социализме, задействовав науку и планово концентрируя ресурсы, сможет черпать из безбрежного океана безграничных ресурсов природы столько энергии, сколько ему необходимо. До сего дня человечество, купаясь в океане энергии, оказалось в состоянии овладеть только каплей, в основном,    извлекая энергоносители из недр Земли. Практически не тронута гигантская тепловая энергия внутри Земного Шара, а она постоянно накапливается из космоса, ища выход в извержениях вулканов и разряжая свои излишки разрушительными землетрясениями и цунами, вместо того, чтобы послужить человечеству, заодно избавив его от трагических  последствий своей необузданности. Человек  стоит на пороге освоения гравитации, беря от неё пока мизер (приливные электростанции, водопады ГЭС)). Мы лишь начали осваивать безграничную энергию микромира (атомные электростанции) и т.д.

Демографическая проблема исчезнет, так как объединённое в справедливое общество человечество в состоянии управлять всем, в том числе собой, на научной основе во благо каждой личности, справляясь как со своей растущей численностью, так и расселением вне зависимости от нынешних государственных границ, потеряющих своё былое значение в условиях торжества глобализации по-социалистически. А впереди  и   масштабное освоение космических тел.  разумеется, если удастся  спасти человечество от уничтожения глобальным капиталом и построить мировой коммунизм.

Проблема национальных и подобных отношений (расовых, конфессиональных), заключающаяся  в достижении равенства и полноправия (суверенитета) наций и национальностей уже давно разрешена теоретически. Её практическому решению препятствует только империализм с его неизбежной погоней частников за прибылью  «сломя голову», то есть в стороне от разума и потому с неизменной политикой «разделяй и властвуй», тогда как теоретически уже обеспечен способ замены конфронтации наций на дружбу, сотрудничество и взаимопомощь, и даже  состоялась, в основном, соответствующая практика, хотя и не полного, но явного  воплощения таких отношений в условиях  реального социализма (СССР, другие государства мировой системы социализма).

Мировое государство как многонациональный Союз социалистических республик, где равенство наций на уровне полноправия (суверенитета) республик не вступает в противоречие с полноправием всего союзного государства на основе применения принципа консенсуса при принятии решений (данный принцип применён в создании и деятельности, например, империалистического Евросоюза, в попытке нивелировать неизбежные противоречия между властвующими в союзных республиках эксплуататорскими элитами). Таких противоречий в мировом социалистическом  Союзе не предполагается вообще из-за отсутствия  эксплуататорских элементов и сама государственность как орган насилия будет отмирать по мере изживания эксплуататорских тенденций,

буржуазной психологии и рецидивов правонарушений, превращаясь в общественное самоуправление.

Проблема гармонизации социальных отношений – такая же главная  и первостепенная на сегодня проблема человечества, как и добыча мира, от которой зависит само выживание цивилизации, так как её решение означает исключение источника войн – империализма.  Социализмом  снимается антагонизм путём  (1) исключения из общественной жизни эксплуататорских классов, постепенного изживания классовых различий вообще и (2) достижением такого уровня общественной производительности труда, при котором удовлетворяются все без исключения  материальные и духовные  потребности каждого с учётом особенностей пола, профессии, возраста, национальности и личных интересов в результате высокоорганизованного коллективного труда со свободным  использованием новейших научно-технических достижений.

Но знать спасительные преимущества глобального  социализма по сравнению с попытками уничтожающей человечество  глобализации по-империалистически — мало. Нужно знать, как способствовать объективному переходу мира от капитализма к социализму  (коммунизму) посредством субъективного фактора.

К счастью, такой субъективный фактор уже открыт. Открыт В.И.Лениным и сработал практически при подготовке и осуществлении объективно назревшей Великой Октябрьской социалистической революции: создание партии революционеров, вооруженной современной наукой об общественной жизни, внедрения этой науки в революционные массы и их организация для победной борьбы.  И разница лишь в масштабах: в октябре 1917 года в  буржуазно-помещичьей России речь шла о социалистической революции локальной, в отдельно взятой стране или в нескольких странах, так как революционная ситуация имелась не во всём мире, а ныне, в условиях глобализации, речь идёт о мировой социалистической революции, так как мировая революционная ситуация зреет, если уже не созрела. Например, мировой гегемон в лице англо-саксонского отряда мировой финансовой олигархии и  военно-политической элиты государств его базирования (США, Великобритания) явно не в состоянии управлять                 миром по-прежнему. И даже возникла дилемма: либо глобализация по-социалистически и выживание человечества, либо глобализация по-империалистически и полное бесправие и  подневольный труд или гибель человечества в результате всеуничтожающей Третьей мировой бойни с применением оружия массового поражения.  

Отстаёт от объективно созревшей мировой социалистической революции лишь субъективный фактор:  нет ни мировой партии революционеров  (Коминтерна ленинского типа), ни общего признания революционерами современной науки об общественной жизни (марксизма-ленинизма-сталинизма-кимирсенизма-кимчениризма).  Всё это можно и нужно осуществить как можно быстрее, так как задержка с созданием субъективного фактора мировой социалистической революции и отставание от неё есть фактическое соглашение с глобализаторами по-империалистически (то есть современный оппортунизм) и должна быть  преодолена размежеванием с оппортунизмом, с одной стороны,  и идейным и организационным единением ортодоксальных коммунистов, владеющих современной наукой об общественной жизни, — с другой.

Следующая аксиома. Две основные особенности современных условий борьбы  с империализмом, наиболее влияющих на тактику коммунистического и рабочего движения. 

Первая особенность. Современный капитализм продолжает находиться в стадии империализма,  то есть примата конкуренции монополий и засилья финансовой олигархии, но на нынешнем, последнем этапе империализма – глобальном, когда главенствующую роль играют уже не национальные монополии с их противоборствующими союзами, а глобальные, и засилье осуществляют не только местные олигархии, но, прежде всего,  мировые.  Более того, национальные монополии и местные олигархи в силу закона  капиталистической конкуренции приспосабливаются  под нужды  мировых монополий или подавляются и уничтожаются мировой финансовой олигархией, представляя новый вид внутренних капиталистических, империалистических   противоречий, как и конкурентная борьба между различными отрядами мировой финансовой олигархии.

Исторически мировая финансовая олигархия выходила и выходит на мировую арену политической борьбы, начиная с 1945 года,   разновременно отдельными отрядами в национальной или региональной форме: англосаксонский отряд, европейский, российский, китайский, арабо-исламистский и т.д. И все они поэтому находятся на разных стадиях проявления неизбежного закона перехода империалистических государств в политике от «демократического» обмана  трудовых масс к экстремистским, террористическим методам их подавления и удержания своего господства (фашизму). Как  показывает история, внутреннее сопротивление пролетариата и его трудовых союзников фашистскому режиму своих государств, конечно, требует предельного сопротивления пролетариата,  но имеет мало шансов на успех, и для уничтожения фашизма нужна внешняя  сила. Пример — слом государственности немецких нацистов антигитлеровской коалицией, в основном,  Советским Союзом, а не в результате усилий немецкого трудового народа во главе с компартией Германии, хитро обманутого и жестоко подавленного Гитлером.

Из ныне существующих отрядов мировой финансовой олигархии первым прорвался к мировой роли англосаксонский отряд. Исторические условия сложились так, что ему не  случилось осуществлять длительную эволюцию во внешней политике от «демократии» государств базирования (США и Великобритании) к фашизму. Фашизм  был взят им на вооружение сразу, так как был разгромлен претендент на мировое господство — германский нацизм, а наука подарила военно-политической элите США абсолютное оружие – ядерное,  которое и было использовано англосаксами, наряду с экономической мощью США, разжиревших на Второй мировой войне, для захвата мировой гегемонии.

Затем США с помощью плана Маршалла породили своего сателлита и одновременно конкурента – европейскую финансовую олигархию, ставшую их союзником в деле утверждения мировой гегемонии, в том числе в использовании фашистских методов (Ливия, Югославия и проч.), но уже давно пытающуюся, пока безуспешно,  играть самостоятельную роль (введение параллельно доллару евро и т.д.)

Данный неофашистский Запад, разрушив Советский Союз, породил российскую олигархию методом привлечения к ограблению собственной страны оппортунистической и предательской части партийно-государственной номенклатуры СССР, что позволило США  уничтожить своего главного на то время геостратегического противника – Советский Союз.

Возникла и китайская олигархия в результате отказа правящей партии от свёртывания НЭПа, как завещал В.И.Ленин и ускоренно осуществил И.В.Сталин, сменив НЭП  под давлением опасной международной обстановки на мобилизационную экономику. В силу буржуазного закона концентрации капитала многие китайские НЭПманы, естественно, доросли до долларовых олигархов. И теперь будущее Китая будет зависеть от того, смогут ли китайские рабочие и их трудовые союзники удержать свой авангард – Компартию Китая – в русле пролетарской идеологии и политики или  олигархи перестроят её идеологию и практику под свои нужды.

На эксплуатации богатейших природных энергоносителей вырос арабо-исламистский отряд мировой финансовой олигархия.

Рвутся к мировой роли олигархи Турции, Японии и ряда других государств, маневрируя и кучкуясь между собой и вокруг  тех или иных отрядов мировой финансовой олигархии.

Практически сегодня складываются два основных противоборствующих лагеря отрядов мировой финансовой олигархии, от противостояния которых в первую очередь зависят судьбы мира и существования человечества. Это (1) неофашистский англосаксонский  лагерь (США, Великобритания плюс государства Евросоюза и другие); он имеет в своём распоряжении мировые институты для осуществления владычества — НАТО, ООН, ВТО, МВФ и проч.; многочисленные сателлиты в Европе и на других континентах под управлением англосаксов  помогают им удерживать мировую гегемонию. И (2) «демократический» лагерь олигархата, не доросшего до фашизма (Китай, Россия, Иран и др.), они имеют молодые, пока не развитые мировые институты — Союзное государство Беларуси и России, СНГ, Евразийский экономический союз, ШОС, БРИКС). Внутри лагерей  мировых олигархов свои противоречия, некоторые их члены лавируют между лагерями, например,  турецкие олигархи.

Решительный противник империализма,  мировой финансовой олигархии -пролетариат,  в отличие от  мировых олигархов, никаких мировых институтов пока не имеет, будучи организован  только по национальным квартирам.

Между тем, в условиях засилья  мировой финансовой олигархии вероятность победы местных социалистических и национально-освободительных революций резко уменьшается, так как экономическая и политическая ситуация в отдельных странах более, чем ранее, зависима от олигархических сил  на мировой арене.

Поэтому интернациональные усилия национальных компартий должны в их тактике превалировать над национальными, и такое превалирование должно быть организованным, то есть иметь своё централизованное руководство. Главная мишень для пролетариата и их трудовых  союзников повсеместно – мировая финансовая олигархия, а среди отрядов мировой финансовой олигархии главная мишень – доросший до фашизма англосаксонский отряд мировой финансовой олигархии и военно-политическая элита государств её базирования – США и Великобритании.  

Вторая особенность современных условий борьбы, решительно влияющая на современную тактику коммунистического и рабочего движения, — наличие у всех отрядов мировой финансовой олигархии оружия массового поражения, применение которого в межолигархической борьбе или в подавлении  местной национально- или социально–освободительной революции может привести к Третьей мировой бойне, способной  уничтожить человечество.

Отсюда главенствующая роль в современной тактике пролетариата борьбы за мир против неофашистского отряда мировой финансовой олигархии – поджигателя войны, что однако не означает  и всепрощения местной буржуазии, особенно той, какая идёт на альянс с мировыми неофашистами, и формирования самого широкого мирового антифашистского фронта, включающего (1) всё социалистическое, что сохранилось в мире и возникает в нём, (2) национально-освободительное,  в том числе   буржуазные  и даже местные олигархические элементы, ущемляемые и подавляемые  мировой неофашистской олигархией.

Ленинско-сталинская тактика использования межимпериалистических противоречий в борьбе с фашистской частью мировой   финансовой олигархии должна стать нормой. Имеется в виду, например, (1) спасение Лениным Великой Октябрьской социалистической революции от разгрома немецкими империалистами и Антантой в 1918 году путём заключения компромиссного сепаратного договора с аннексиями и контрибуциями с немецким империализмом, хотя большевики были принципиально против   несправедливых мирных договоров с аннексиями и контрибуциями; (2) привлечение Сталиным в антигитлеровскую коалицию «демократических» империалистов США и Великобритании, в результате чего они воевали не с Гитлером против СССР, а, худо ли добро ли, но с СССР против Гитлера, и т.д.

В сегодняшней ситуации, учитывая опасность использования неофашистской мировой финансовой олигархией любой местной войны для своей экспансии и её перерастания во всеуничтожающую мировую бойню, особое значение приобретает развитие до практической конкретики мысли Маркса и Энгельса о том, что пролетариат предпочёл бы откупиться от буржуазии. Эту мысль разделял и Ленин. Такая мысль  сегодня должна диктоваться не только гуманной  сущностью  коммунизма,  опасностью  жертв в результате  неизбежного сопротивления местной буржуазии  социалистической революции, но и возможностью результативного использования любого классового конфликта, в том числе социалистической революции,  мировой финансовой олигархией в свою пользу путём силового  иноземного вмешательства в него.

В идеале коммунистов остаётся мирное течение и местной, и мировой социалистической революции, как и признание справедливой войны против классового врага в случае применения им силы для продолжения нестерпимой  эксплуатации или осуществления местного террора и внешней агрессии.

Разумеется, опьянённая своей временной экономической, политической, информационно-психологической и военной силой неофашистская часть мировой финансовой олигархии вряд ли согласится добровольно на  цивилизационное компромиссное соглашение с пролетариатом ради мира и примет откуп. А помимо предпочтений пролетариата откупиться ради мира, чтобы он состоялся, нужно также предпочтение мира со стороны противника — буржуазии.  Поэтому осуществление такой миролюбивой тактики, как откуп от буржуазии (а формы такого откупа просты и некоторые из них уже использованы в практике социалистического становления в СССР после Великого Октября), зависит от способности пролетариата создать такую мировую контрсилу, какая заставит нефашистскую мировую финансовую олигархию, а после победы над нею и остальную олигархию, пойти на соглашение. То есть осуществить в мировом масштабе то, что смог осуществить В.И.Ленин в октябре 1917 года в России, накопив и сконцентрировав все революционные силы и пустив их в ход в нужном месте и в нужное время, обеспечив тем самым мирную победу объективно созревшей Великой Октябрьской социалистической революции.

И такая мировая антифашистская сила ныне имеется, но пока нет у неё соответствующего самосознания и адекватной единой мировой революционной организации с лидирующим коммунистическим авангардом, единственно способной довести антифашистское дело до конца. Внести такое самосознание во все части широкого антифашистского фронта, сплотить его, помочь организоваться  в мировом масштабе – задача единого мирового пролетарского авангарда, создание которого – первостепенная задача коммунистов (Коминтерна). Все существующие отговорки от создания Коминтерна не выдерживают критики  и являются плодом, в лучшем случае,  недооценки его спасительной роли, в худшем –оппортунистической помощью олигархам. Так или иначе, но при отсутствии Коминтерна у мирового пролетариата нет организатора и идейного вдохновителя ни для   собирания в единый кулак пролетарских сил, ни для концентрации единого мирового антифашистского фронта, и не с кем мировым олигархам заключать цивилизационное оглашение о мире, если некоторые не потерявшие разум и не желающие самоуничтожения человечества и придут к выводу о его желательности или вынужденности. Возможная форма цивилизационного соглашения между мировой финансовой олигархией, с одной стороны,   и мировым пролетариатом – с другой (форма откупа от буржуазии): финансовая олигархия передает мировому социалистическому правительству свою власть и всю собственность под гарантию сохранения имеющегося у олигархов и членов их семей уровня жизни в разумных пределах на протяжении 1-2 поколений.  Заполучив власть и используя принципы плановой экономики, мировое социалистическое правительство в условиях мира в состоянии  под научным  управлением Коминтерна так развить производительные силы, чтобы и выполнить обязательство по цивилизационному соглашению с олигархами, и привести благосостояние каждого землянина к уровню их жизни.

Вывод; человечеству нужен мировой Коминтерн ленинского типа. Провозгласить и начать организовывать его создание могла бы Коммунистическая партия Советского Союза, начиная с идеологического компонента.

Следующая аксиома. Пример отступления мирового комдвижения от изложенных аксиом, то есть об одном конкретном проявления современного оппортунизма.

В эти дни совершаются  события,  исход которых обещает определённый перелом в международных отношениях, резкое ослабление главной реакционной силы на Планете —  неофашистского западного отряда мировой финансовой олигархии или даже уничтожение его. 

Речь идёт о войне на Украине. Первая  особенность данной войны – она ведётся на территории СССР, а потому одна из её целей со стороны агрессора, англосаксонской мировой олигархии  – воспрепятствование  возрождению Советского Союза разделением советских людей кровью, осуществление следующего шага после  разрушения СССР  —  освоение его территории, людских ресурсов, его природных и рукотворных богатств для  сохранения своей гегемонии в мире.

Другая особенность – война сознательно подготовлена и развязана  военно-политической элитой США одним из типичных способов: устройством кровавого переворота в Киеве  в 2014 году, организацией прихода к власти местной реакционной силы —  националистов и фашистов (бандеровцев), насаждение на высший государственный пост – президентский – своего ставленника и использование этой марионетки для подготовки и развязывания войны против народов России, Белоруссии и их Союзного государства, ослабление войной их государственности, расчленения и уничтожения  с последующим использованием  их ресурсов против Китая — главного сегодня геостратегического противника США.

Данная война осуществляется в одной из современных форм, типичных для периода глобализации. Это гибридная война и прокси-война, то есть война США, Великобритании и их сателлитов всеми возможными, а не только военными средствами, и руками «аборигенов» — советских людей. А в случае угрозы поражения на Украине используются наёмники со всего мира и не исключено использование собственных военных сил США и НАТО.

В отличие от Великой Отечественной войны, когда сражаться пришлось с фашизмом европейского континента во главе с нацистской Германией, данную войну против советских людей ведёт не европейская, а глобальная сила, и противостоит мировому врагу не единая советская социалистическая страна, а олигархическая Россия.

Олигархи России преследуют в этой войне  собственные классовые интересы, но они совпадают с интересами национально-освободительного движения русскоязычного населения Донбасса, антифашистскими интересами населения Украины  и интересами всего человечества, заключающимися в необходимости отпора экспансии неофашистской западной финансовой олигархии, нацеленной на сохранение своего мирового господства.

Как уже отмечалось, российские олигархи порождены западной неофашистской олигархией, которая разрушила Советский Союз в результате «холодной войны» — первой масштабной гибридной войны с  использованием «пятой колонны» в лице продажной оппортунистической партийно-государственной номенклатуры. Легко и непомерно разбогатев за короткие месяцы и годы, присвоив общенародную собственность путём приватизации, российская олигархия надеялась войти в общий пул со своими западными хозяевами, направленный на эксплуатацию и ограбление всего мира, а потому поначалу  безропотно сдала Западу свои позиции на международной арене в Югославии, Ливии, Ираке и т.д. и даже попросилась войти в НАТО –  военный инструмент мировой экспансии.

Но Запад отказал советским нуворишам в равном геостратегическом  сотрудничестве. Сказалась неизбежная конкуренция  мировых монополий, простирающаяся до уничтожения конкурентов. И российские олигархи взбрыкнули на сирийском вопросе, впервые не уступив здесь позиции США и применив  силу. С тех пор идёт  полоса конфронтации между англосаксонскими и российскими олигархами, между США и НАТО, с одной стороны, и Россией – с другой, дошедшая до задачи уничтожения противника. Этим и должна завершиться украинская трагедия, конечно, если противоборствующие олигархи не сговорятся между собой, а способность к этому в 2014 году они уже проявили.

Тогда, в 2014 году, после кровавого переворота в Киеве, устроенном США и их сателлитами,  состоялся сговор: Россия вернула себе Крым и США дали согласие не воевать за него, разумеется, рассчитывая на временный характер такой уступки, а Россия в обмен согласилась отдать на откуп США всю остальную Украину, включая Донбасс (Минские соглашения, предусматривающие вопреки итогам референдумов в ЛНР и ДНР  сохранение этих республик в составе профашистской Украины с мифическим  особым статусом), дав согласие не воевать за Украину (полученное Президентом России разрешение Совета Федерации на ввод войск в Украину тут же было по его просьбе Советом Федерации отменено).

Итог: Россия вернула себе часть исконной территории (Крым), резко поднялся патриотический имидж Президента России как собирателя российских земель, а США получили возможность подготовить на Украине плацдарм для войны против России на уничтожение. Национально-освободительное движение Донбасса и антифашистские интересы населения Украины, как  и интересы Советского народа, заинтересованного в сохранении целостности своей территории и её свободы от фашистов и иноземных захватчиков, оказались преданными Минскими соглашениями. Пострадали и интересы безопасности российских олигархов, что вскоре стало для них очевидным.

Своей запоздалой Специальной военной операцией (СВО) олигархическая Россия пока успешно, но дорогой ценой, добивается исправления своей ошибки 2014 года.

Цель Советского народа в данной войне на Украине – изгнание со своей территории западных и местных неофашистов. Для всех советских людей эта война есть агрессия неофашистов Запада,  его вооружённая интервенция и одновременно гражданская война. А это основа для участия всех советских людей в этой войне на стороне России, что сдерживается пока правящими кругами большинства  бывших советских республик, а также основа для помощи России со стороны всего, что есть прогрессивного в мире.

Как и всякая локальная война в настоящее  время, война на территории Украины может перерасти в Третью мировую войну с применением ядерного и иного оружия массового поражения, чего нельзя допустить. Для этого есть всего два пути: (1) ложный – остановка войны ради переговоров, направленных на сохранение американо-бандеровского правления хотя бы в части Украины  и (2)  и единственно результативный — доведение СВО до победы.

В такой ситуации международное коммунистическое движение раскололось. Одни коммунисты  считают войну на Украине сугубо империалистической, захватнической, видят виновниками войны равно западных и российских олигархов, соответственно требуют от  пролетариата встать на третий, испытанный в Первой мировой войне, но абсолютно нереальный в данный момент путь прекращения войны — выступить против правительств как США (и других государств НАТО), так и России и добиваться поражения обеих правительств, преодоления войны на Украине социалистической революцией (так совершенно правильно предлагал и осуществил В.И.Ленин относительно Первой мировой войны, учитывая её сугубо империалистический, захватнический характер со стороны всех воюющих сторон). Но в данном случае это чистая абстракция, так как для социалистической революции ни на Украине, ни в России пока нет условий, нет созревшей революционной ситуации и организованных революционных сил для осуществления авангардных коммунистических действий, способных привести к победе. На Украине эти силы дезорганизованы и задавлены  фашистами Запада и бандеровцами по примеру гитлеровской Германии. Нет идейно и организационно единых сил и в России. Поэтому предложение пути социалистической революции в России, в Америке и других государствах НАТО как пути ликвидации военного конфликта на Украине, чтобы избежать опасного для человечества мирового пожара, есть догматическая демагогия.

Другие же коммунисты требуют решительной поддержки Специальной военной операции (СВО)  России, переросшей в войну между неофашистскими олигархами Запада и «демократическими» олигархами России,  учитывая, что с её стороны, несмотря на ведение войны российскими олигархами,  война справедливая, так как не Россия затеяла её, а современные фашисты, и она содержит бесспорный освободительный компонент.

Вот достаточно полный перечень аксиомных  аргументов для поддержки победы России в этой войне:

1.США и НАТО напали на Россию с захватническими целями, а не Россия на США и НАТО (при таком факте вступает в силу учение Маркса о справедливых и несправедливых войнах  при капитализме);

2.Инициатор войны представляет собой мировой олигархат, доросший до фашизма (США, Великобритания и их союзники), тогда как в России пока «демократический» олигархат, он ещё не дорос до фашизма, а в любом конфликте в интересах пролетариата и его социалистической революции следует поддерживать менее реакционную силу, борющуюся с более реакционной силой;

3. В данной войне имеется прогрессивный компонент, достигаемый олигархической Россией как единственно реальной силой: (1) выступление против западного неофашизма как самой реакционной силы Планеты, угрожающей всеобщим порабощением и даже жизни цивилизации, (2) поддержка национально-освободительного движения Донбасса, (3) денацификация Украины, то есть освобождение украинского народа от американо-бандеровского фашизма, (4) ликвидация агрессии иноземного фашизма на Украинской части территории СССР и прекращения здесь гражданской войны, (5) демилитаризация Украины для обеспечения безопасности России на данном направлении и остановка продвижения агрессивного блока НАТО на Восток к границам главных геостратегических противников западных неофашистов – Китая и КНДР.

Таким образом, в свете изложенных выше аксиом современного марксизма-ленинизма-сталинизма, первые из коммунистов есть оппортунисты, соглашатели с неофашистами Запада и Украины, так как зовут трудящихся  выступать против России, ведущей справедливую войну с самой реакционной силой Планеты,  а вторые – привержены верной коммунистической тактике, выработанной для современных условий в интересах пролетариата и его трудовых союзников, национально-освободительного движения и мира на Планете с учётом классовых особенностей момента и соотношения сил.

То есть в решениях и действиях коммунистов в связи с войной на Украине должны превалировать интересы всего человечества, необходимость  поражения самой реакционной силы Планеты – западного неофашистского олигархата, недопущения перерастания войны в мировую бойню,  тем более с применением ядерного и иного оружия  массового поражения.

В таком свете предложения о немедленном заключении мира на Украине между профашистским режимом Зеленского, США и НАТО,  одной стороны, и Россией – с другой, есть тоже соглашательство, так как направлено на спасение от полного поражения фашистской Украины и неофашистов США и НАТО.

В интересах Советского народа – изгнание зарубежных и местных фашистов с советской территории. В интересах русскоязычного национально-освободительного движения Донбасса – удовлетворение его желания  быть с Россией и в России. В интересах всего украинского населения – освобождение его от западного и местного фашизма (денацификация), от средств и возможностей ведения фашистами антинародной агрессивной войны (демилитаризация), освобождение народов Европы от насильственного служения геостратегическим планам западного неофашизма, от заокеанского диктата, от роли сателлитов неофашистского монстра вплоть до роли пушечного мяса.

Учитывая, что Россия и её армия являются здесь пока единственной реальной антифашистской силой для решения всех этих освободительных задач, ясно, что требование т.н. коммунистов  осуждения СВО, фактически является соглашательством с западным неофашизмом (современным оппортунизмом), помощью ему. И если в данный момент нужно что-либо требовать от российских олигархов и  их правительства, то, прежде всего, обязательного доведения СВО до полной победы, отказа от очередного сговора с неофашистскими олигархами Запада путём «мирных» переговоров и возврата во всём к традиционным победным методам СССР – страны победителя фашизма. Отказ российских олигархов от достижения полной победы, которая куда более вероятна лишь при возвращении к социализму,  может в перспективе стать одним из факторов социалистической революции в России.

Разумеется, аксиома необходимости фокусирования классового противоборства против неофашизма Запада, без победы  над которым невозможно осуществить переход человечества от империализма к коммунизму, необходимости формирования  для победы самого широкого антифашистского фронта требует всемерной и всеобщей поддержки со стороны всех антифашистских сил военной операции России на Украине, так как Россия оказалась составной и наиболее существенной частью такого фронта. Только такая поддержка способна гарантировать полную победу России в войне с США (НАТО) на Украине.

На фоне этой аксиомы чётко видна причина  краха Европейской  коммунистической инициативы (ЕКИ), фактический руководитель которой – Компартия Греции, без совета с остальными учредителями ЕКИ, объявила о роспуске ЕКИ в связи с расколом и отсутствием всеобщей поддержки изложенной оппортунистической позиции Компартии Греции в украинском вопросе.

Оппортунизм Компартии Греции проявлялся и проявляется не только в соглашательской позиции по вопросу Украины.  Так, эта партия заняла оппортунистическую  позицию  в отношении Евросоюза.

Казалось бы, ясно, что Евросоюз есть империалистическое государство высшего порядка (современная буржуазная федерация), созданное европейскими олигархами и являющееся сателлитом США, которым  выгоден Евросоюз для обеспечения гегемонии США над входящими в него европейскими государствами, привлечения их к поддержке мирового господства США и сдерживания конкурентных поползновений европейских олигархов. А коль скоро Евросоюз есть империалистическое государство, то обязательно для коммунистов иметь в нём единую ортодоксальную коммунистическую, а не оппортунистическую, как европейские левые, партию для мобилизации и организации  протестующего разнонационального пролетариата и его трудовых союзников на слом империалистического аппарата Евросоюза и замены его социалистическим аппаратом, то  есть осуществления социалистической революции в масштабах Евросоюза и слома этой империалистической государственности, что явилось бы уничтожающим ударом по неофашистам США, лишив их главного союзника.  Но сегодня мы видим, что революционная ситуация в Европе в целом вполне зреет, если уже не созрела,  а единого авангарда у европейской революции нет, без чего она не разрешится социалистической революцией. Это результат того, что Компартия Греции упорно  сопротивлялась превращению ЕКИ в такую единую европейскую компартию или созданию единой партии помимо ЕКИ удерживала ЕКИ в русле только разработки общеевропейских пролетарских проблем и координации действий компартий Европы, но не в русле организации единого идейно и организационно авангарда европейского пролетариата, руководствовавшегося принципом демократического централизма и пролетарской дисциплиной. В итоге до сего дня европейский олигархат имеет своё антипролетарское оружие – Евросоюз, а европейский пролетариат для борьбы с ним своего единого оружия не имеет, а стихийные потуги трудовых масс разных республик, входящих в Евросоюз, без единого авангарда, имеют все шансы на поражение от объединённых в Евросоюз европейских олигархов.

В этом и заключается суть оппортунизма Компартии Греции в вопросе Евросоюза, выставляющей лозунг выхода своей страны из этого реакционного государства, но не дополняющей его лозунгом  революционного преобразования империалистического Евросоюза в социалистический единым натиском организованного европейского пролетариата во главе европейского антиимпериалистического фронта под руководством коммунистов, в отношении которого даже призыв о создании такового не звучит, не говоря уже о конкретных действиях по его созданию. Ясно, что пролетариату Греции и всего Евросоюза предстоит преодолеть изложенную оппортунистическую слабость своего движения.

Поэтому самовольный роспуск ЕКИ Компартией Греции можно охарактеризовать фразой «мавр сделал своё дело (помог устойчивости  империалистического Евросоюза)  – мавр может уйти». Скорее всего, и создана-то была ЕКИ именно для этой цели: сконцентрировать европейские коммунистические  силы, чтобы их пар выпустить в свисток.

Не оправдались надежды и на способность перерастания ЕКИ в мировой Коминтерн. Единственное, чего удалось добиться – это решения о приёме в ЕКИ не только европейских компартий. Но задача возрождения Коминтерна на базе ЕКИ так и не была поставлена.

Следующая аксиома. Национальная и интернациональная задача советских коммунистов -– возродить СССР. 

Выживаемость России, в том числе её победа на Украине,  были бы гарантированы, если бы российский народ вместе со всеми другими народами на территории СССР вернул себе свою большую и мощную Родину— Союз Советских Социалистических Республик. Да и не будь разрушен Советский Союз, сами нынешние трагические события на Украине были бы невозможны.

Советский Союз длительное время шёл в  авангарде социально-экономического, научно-технического и  общественно-политического прогресса человечества, был гарантом мира, ядром и фундаментом мировой системы социализма, основным геостратегическим противником империализма, обещавшим победу над ним.

Гегемону  империалистического мира – США – удалось разрушить СССР, организовав диверсию против сталинизма и воспользовавшись её успехом, приведшим к  антисоветской власти руководящей партийно-государственной номенклатуры, доведшей до конца свой оппортунизм и переодевшейся в буржуазные одежды. Её перерождение привело к замене государства власти (диктатуры) пролетариата в форме Советов властью продажного аппарата партии, было сорвано необходимое постепенное перерастание власти рабочего класса (диктатуры победившего пролетариата) в общественное самоуправление на пути к бесклассовому обществу — коммунизму, то есть застопорилось развитие социалистической демократии, когда диктаторские методы в отношении поверженных классов внутри и вне страны и их идеологии дополнялись бы всеобъемлющими воспитательными мерами и мерами моральной и материальной заинтересованности, остановилось  и даже пошло вспять развитие социалистической демократии как гарантии подлинного народовластия и социалистической активности масс.

После смерти И.В.Сталина руководство партии  постепенно оторвалось от партийных масс, а партия в целом перестала выполнять роль авангарда рабочего класса, его трудовых союзников и всего Советского народа в целом.

Естественно, начались деформации социализма во всех сферах общественной жизни, вызрели буржуазные отношения. Набрав силу, они привели к устранению партии от власти и позволили совершить в августе-декабре 1991 года  государственный компрадорский  горбачёвско-ельцинский переворот, ликвидировать СССР как геополитическую реальность и превратить   единую территорию СССР в  разделённые реальными границами буржуазные республики. По живому был разорван сложившийся после Великого Октября и образования СССР  Советский народ как многонациональная нация высшего порядка.

Данный контрреволюционный процесс начался ещё при жизни И.В.Сталина и вопреки его сознательным усилиям, когда политбюро ЦК КПСС,  при принятии социалистической Конституции СССР (1936), согласившись с переводом выборов с  производственных округов  на территориальные и тем обеспечив общенародный характер выборов в социалистическом обществе, отказалось от одновременно предложенной И.В.Сталиным практики социалистических (! – то есть без участия пробуржуазных сил) альтернативных выборов как гарантии от бюрократического перерождения социалистического общества. И.В.Сталину удалось сорвать в 1937 году заговор партийной номенклатуры против Советской власти (враги Советской власти потом назвали это подавление заговора «сталинскими репрессиями»), но полностью осуществить свой план спасения Советской власти как диктатуры рабочего класса в отношении  местных и зарубежных классовых врагов и одновременно  социалистической демократии для трудящихся, ведомых компартией, он не успел, хотя вёл эту борьбу вплоть до кончины.

Характерно, естественно, что когда альянс западных неофашистов и «советских» нуворишей в 1991 году ударил по главной несущей конструкции СССР – её  коммунистической партии, народ не вступился за  переродившуюся партию, утерявшую и марксистско-ленинско-сталинскую идеологию в виде сталинизма, и социалистическую практику. И СССР был беспрепятственно разрушен.

Однако за  десятилетия существования Советской власти после Великого Октября сформировавшаяся советская социалистическая многонациональная нация высшего порядка – Советский народ. Он, как любой народ, имеет право, во избежание своего порабощения и геноцида и ради свободного позитивного развития, на самоопределение вплоть до возрождения своего общего государства  – Союза ССР.  Возглавить борьбу за СССР дано только единой партии ленинско-сталинского типа, то есть созданной Лениным и развитой Сталиным КПСС.

В возрождении обновлённого, то есть ленинско-сталинского, а не хрущёвско-горбачёвского СССР, несущего буржуазные гены своего разрушения, заинтересован не только Советский народ, способный возродить СССР как непреоборимую  силу, но и всё человечество, стоящее на пороге гибели от агонии глобального империализма, способного лопнуть от раздувания своей экспансии и вместе с собой  унести в могилу и всё человечество.

Для этого советским коммунистам – членам КПСС — необходимо (1) попрощаться с антисталинизмом как временным оппортунизмом, встать на прочную теоретическую основу современного марксизма-ленинизма-сталинизма-кимирсенизма-кимчениризма, приведя свою программу в соответствие с современными реалиями, (2) сочетать активную борьбу за социализм в республиках с национально-освободительной борьбой всего Советского народа за возрождение СССР, (3) ликвидировать кризис в руководстве КПСС, искусственно созданный новогорбачёвцами  методом  организации бездеятельности ЦК КПСС, то есть отбить очередную атаку на КПСС, грозящую ликвидацией партии, а также (4) ликвидировать навязанный реакцией организационный плюрализм во всесоюзном комдвижении, прежде всего,   объединить КПСС и ВКПБ (Нины Андреевой), (5) добиться возврата доверия советского рабочего класса и его трудовых союзников самоотверженной защитой их сиюминутных и перспективных классовых интересов, (6) инициировать возрождение Коминтерна и включиться в создание уже формирующегося широкого мирового антифашистского фронта для победы над неофашизмом Запада, в том числе победы на советской территории Украины.

Возрождение СССР возможно, так как необходимо и для советских людей, и для спасения человечества от гибели в Третьей мировой войне  с применением оружия массового поражения, для последующего построения мирового коммунизма.

ON SOME AXIOMS ​​OF MODERN MARXISM-LENINISM-STALINISM, DEPARTURE FROM WHICH CONSTITUTES THE CONTENT OF MODERN OPPORTUNISM.

 It is an axiom that ignoring scientific axioms in revolutionary theory and practice of struggle leads, at a minimum, to unresolved problems and tasks and, at a maximum, to defeat in battles with the class enemy.

It is also an axiom that only modern science of social life is true and effective. It (1) accumulates from the past everything that has been confirmed by practice, and, with the immutability of the basic conditions, is valid today, and (2) includes new correct conclusions from the analysis of the specific situation in the modern world.

The next axiom. On the periodization of the communist movement.

 The proletarian revolutionary liberation movement has three historical stages (periods), not two: (1) Marxism, (2) Marxism-Leninism, and (3) Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism. And now the struggle of ideas is in the fourth, final stage – the stage of globalisation and world socialist revolution.

The content of the first period – Marxism – is the birth of the proletarian science of social life and the first attempts of the proletariat to master it and apply it in practice.

The content of the second period — Marxism-Leninism: the successful practical application of creative Marxism to break through the bourgeois veil that had enveloped the world, organizing the first victory of the socialist revolution in the history of mankind in one country — the Great October Socialist Revolution in Russia, which replaced the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie with the dictatorship of the proletariat in alliance with the working peasantry and the people’s intelligentsia in the form of Soviet power born of the working people, protecting the young Soviet republic from external and internal counterrevolution. V.I. Lenin created an effective subjective factor for the victory of the objectively ripening socialist revolution in bourgeois-landowner Russia — he nurtured a party of revolutionaries and armed it with the modern science of social life (Marxism-Leninism). He discovered and brought into reality the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics as a socialist federation and determined the path of building socialism.

The third period is Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism. It is no less significant in the history of the proletarian revolutionary movement than the first two. During this period, under the leadership of I.V. Stalin (1) socialism was built according to Lenin’s patterns in the former despotic, bourgeois-landlord Russia (1936 – birth of  the first socialist Constitution of the USSR) as an initial, transitional phase of communism to its full implementation, (2) the USSR developed as a prototype of the future state structure of multinational humanity, in which the principle of equality of nations at the level of their full rights, based on the socialist system and on the guaranteed preservation of the sovereignty of both the Union and the republics included in it, (3) a victory was won over the most reactionary product of capitalism — European fascism led by Nazi Germany, (4) the path to full communism in the USSR was outlined and the movement towards it began, the main thing — (5) the Great October began to develop into a world socialist revolution (the world system of socialism began to take shape), which put under question continued existence of imperialism (monopoly capitalism with the dominance of the financial oligarchy).

It is a paradox, but imperialism, struggling for survival, recognized the significance of Stalinism as a special stage (period) of Marxism-Leninism earlier than the post-Stalin theoreticians of the working class, as well as the proletarian movement as the basis of this, fatal for imperialism, and in an effort to stop the revolutionary movement, to not let it win on a global scale, it has found the main supporting column of the real building of the communist movement in the USSR and in the world, to blow up so that the entire building would collapse. This supporting column is Stalinism.

The method of discarding Stalinism is the demonization of Stalin’s personality. Together with the water of large-scale slander on Stalin’s personality, they easily threw out the baby — Stalinism as Marxism-Leninism of this era. The opportunistic degeneration of the ruling party-state nomenklatura in the USSR turned out to be an ally in this imperialist cause, which imperialism only needed to support and consciously cultivate (with the help of the so-called «agents of influence»).

The tenacity of socialism is astonishing: the destructive path from Khrushchev to Gorbachev took as long as 35 years (from the 20th Congress of the CPSU in 1956 to the comprador Gorbachev-Yeltsin coup in Moscow in 1991). Khrushchev, as if on cue, pursued a policy opposite to Stalinism in all spheres of public life without exception – in production (both in agriculture and in industry), in the army, in international relations, in party building, etc. – but he was unable to destroy the USSR, while Gorbachev brought the destructive work to an end, when as a result of the deformations of socialism based on anti-Stalinism, which gave rise to the resuscitation and growth of capital, the opportunity arose to blow up the socialist superstructure of the USSR, and together with it, of the European part of the world socialist system, and also to weaken the entire international labour movement to the utmost, depriving it of the epochal achievements of the Great October and the post-October period.

As for the intermediate period between Khrushchev and Gorbachev — the rule of Brezhnev, the task of completely exposing anti-Stalinism as a condition for the continuation of socialist development was not set and its solution was not carried out, which allowed the development of deformations of socialist society, first of all, the maturation of capitalist relations. The result is obvious: the most powerful socialist state – the base of support of the world revolutionary movement — was destroyed. It was destroyed relatively «peacefully», without a world war or even local wars. Such wars broke out on the territory of the USSR later, during the open resuscitation of the bourgeois system, since capitalism is not able to live without conflict competition, division of property and sources of its receipt and increase. Instead of the USSR, there are now a number of disparate bourgeois republics on its territory; their forced integration is sluggish and, for the most part, economic and defensive, not political, but even then, it is partial and not strong.

This is the result of non-resistance to anti-Stalinism, this main conscious diversion of imperialism against Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism, that is, the theory and practice of the revolution of the third period of the world proletarian movement of 1924-1953 — a major strategic defeat of the proletariat on a global scale.

Anti-Stalinism, accepted by some theorists and practitioners of Marxism-Leninism in the USSR and in the entire socialist system, is a typical compromise with the bourgeoisie, that is, opportunism, which has embraced all spheres of life of socialist society. Opportunism has proven capable of destroying even the most powerful socialist state. And this is no accident, since socialism is the only society in the history of mankind that is capable of revolutionary emergence and development only on the basis of reason and its highest manifestation – the science of social life. Therefore, a departure from true science is fraught with inevitable defeat.

However, this defeat of socialism, although strategic, is fortunately temporary, given the objective tendencies of the development of human society. (see the following axiom).

And for now, the conclusion: one of the mandatory conditions for the emergence of the world communist and workers’ movement from the crisis and the victory of the world socialist revolution is the complete exposure of anti-Stalinism, a return to the practice of Stalinism, taking into account the latest achievements of proletarian thought and action.

The continuer of the science and practice of the communist movement at the next stage, the stage of globalisation that we are currently experiencing, is Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism (the result of the development and implementation of the original ideas of Juche of President Kim Il Sung), whose fidelity has been proven by the practical successes of the national and social liberation movement of the Korean people, (1) liberated from Japanese colonialism (1945), (2) who has defeated the collective (global) aggressor led by the imperialist United States in the Fatherland Liberation War (1950-1953), (3) and has built and developed socialism under the leadership of the Workers’ Party of Korea led by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, practically in continuous war conditions. The Korean people, under the leadership of the respected comrade Kim Jong Un, is now successfully heading towards full communism by building a powerful and prosperous socialist power with an independent politics, an independent economy and the ability to win in defence.

The holistic theory and practice of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism is the only one that marks the modern, fourth stage of the proletarian liberation movement, which can be called global.

But even at this stage, taking into account in revolutionary practice not only Marxism, not only Leninism, but also Stalinism is a prerequisite for success.

The next axiom. The main trends in the development of modern human society are (1) globalisation and, accordingly, (2) the transition from capitalism to communism on a global scale.

Globalisation is a progressive objective trend: a comprehensive, widespread and accelerated unification of humanity on the basis of scientific and technological progress. The neo-fascist detachment of global imperialism, represented by the Anglo-Saxon detachment of the world financial oligarchy and the military-political elite of the states where it is based (the USA, Great Britain and their satellites) uses it to implement globalisation in an imperialist manner, that is, the unification of peoples and states while maintaining its ubiquitous, undivided and unlimited domination to continue extracting super-profits from the exploitation of all peoples and states. This detachment that in 1945 intercepted Hitler’s delusional idea of ​​world domination, is now putting all its economic and military power, accumulated through long-term exploitation of the entire world during and after the end of World War II, at stake to achieve the said goal.

World War II was not yet ended, but this detachment has already laid claim to world domination and, in order to paralyse resistance, it has frightened the world with monstrous fascist crimes: explosions of nuclear bombs in the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and carpet bombings of German cities, for which there was no military necessity in either case.

In the economy, this detachment challenges progressive globalisation with its embargoes (economic blockades), to disconnect rebellious peoples and their states from natural world economic ties, thus generating internal socio-economic and socio-political crises, to plant collaborationist governments through «democratic» elections or bloody coups d’état. tying their victims to their hegemonic plans and using local human, natural and man-made resources for the purposes of their expansion.

In politics, these are all kinds of sanctions, not just economic ones. They are aimed at forcibly inducing states to renounce their independence, to follow in the wake of the interests of the Anglo-Saxon world financial oligarchy, to disconnect peoples and their states from the alliance with anti-fascist peoples and states.

Such a policy directly opposes the state unity of the world.

In the ilitary sphere, which is a continuation of politics, these are: (1) the imposition of a wasteful arms race on humanity in order to maintain the super-profits of military-industrial monopolies, which diverts colossal funds from socio-economic development,  (2) aggressive wars of conquest, destroying human resources and the fruits of creative labour.

It is clear that all this is the antithesis of genuine globalisation, which is objectively taking place to achieve the highest universal human labour productivity. And humanity will remove this obstacle, ensuring globalisation in a socialist way. The only question is when and at what cost. It will remove it, since the alternative is the destruction of humanity (more on this axiom see below).

The second natural tendency of today’s global development of human society is its transition from capitalism to communism on a global scale, which began with the Great October.

The strategic defeat of socialism in 1991 was able to significantly slow down, but not destroy this tendency, which has the same objective character, independent of the will of individuals, peoples and states, as globalisation. Globalisation is the economic and other environment for the said transition, the modern arena of the ongoing transition from capitalism to communism, in which the main opposing forces are clashing — the imperialist globalisers and the socialist globalisers. So far, these forces are not equal, their organization it is in favour of imperialist globalisation, but their potential strength is in favour of socialist globalisation.

Several socialist states have survived and continue to develop, of which the DPRK can be considered a country of classical socialism. The shoots of socialism are maturing all over the world, especially in states seeking independence, liberation from foreign economic, political, information-psychological and military domination. Increasingly, certain political forces are proposing socialist methods of solving problems. And most importantly, under conditions of the crisis of imperialism, the world is increasingly aware that capitalism is unable to solve the numerous existing universal problems, while socialism has unlimited possibilities for solving them and has historically already proven the possibility of this, in the USSR and in other states of real socialism. Let us look at the modern problems of humanity from the point of view of the ripe and sought-after future — victorious socialism on a global scale.

The first modern problem is to ensure peace, since in a modern world war not only one side can be defeated, but all of humanity can perish. The bearer of war is capitalism, especially at the imperialist stage. It still lives off two main sources of profit and super-profit — (1) the exploitation of peoples, natural and man-made resources of its own states and (2) the resources of other states that do not agree to this without complaint, and therefore capital resorts to their military coercion. Moreover, in order to maintain their power in the states where they are based, the oligarchs tend to feed the working class at the expense of super-exploitation of the peoples of dependent states. If imperialism is not given the opportunity to unleash wars, it will perish, having lost this obligatory source of profit. And now the aggressive detachment of world imperialism – the Western one – the first after German Nazism to grow into fascism, has rushed to preserve its world domination into an armed attack on humanity, unleashing the Third World War, seeing in it a way out of the systemic crisis of capitalism and a means of expansion to preserve its world hegemony. It is its fault that Ukraine and the Middle East are burning today, and the Korean Peninsula, the underbelly of China (Taiwan), etc. are being set on fire.

But a modern war, as already noted, unlike the wars of the past, is fraught with the defeat and destruction of not only individual states, not only the genocide of significant parts of certain peoples and local total destruction of the fruits of human labour, but the destruction of all mankind, since it will be waged with the use of weapons of mass destruction, capable of destroying all life on the Planet directly or as a result of the irreversible destruction of natural conditions of existence. That is why the primary historical task of all mankind today is to prevent the Third World War with the use of weapons of mass destruction, and the road to socialism goes in our days through the destruction of the neo-fascist Western detachment of the world financial oligarchy — the main culprit of the war — just as it went in the middle of the twentieth century through the destruction of European fascism led by Nazi Germany. Mankind can make itself happy with communism only if it survives. In this regard, the new modern historical mission of the proletariat and its labour allies is to save humanity from self-destruction by defeating global neo-fascism.

In radical contrast to imperialism, world socialism is universal peace, since there are no objective reasons for war — the ultimate forceful way of resolving irreconcilable contradictions, Under socialism: the main social contradiction — between labour and capital — is absent, since there will be no private capital and all means of production will be in the common ownership of all humanity and managed by it according to a single plan.

The food problem can be solved by world socialism in a matter of years on the basis of public ownership of the means of production and a planned economy, as well as the production of everything necessary for people’s everyday life and work.

The environmental problem can be solved by concentrating resources released from the military sphere and attracting serious science to the sphere of environmental protection. The same applies to safety from the impact of deadly and destructive natural phenomena, including earthquakes, tsunamis, pandemics, fires, attacks by space objects, etc.  Only socialism, the viability of which is ensured by science, is capable of creating conditions for the unlimited development of mankind in harmony with nature, especially since mankind is its creation. By killing nature, mankind will kill itself as part of it.

The energy problem will cease to be a limitation on human progress and a headache in terms of environmental protection, since under socialism man, using science and systematically concentrating resources, will be able to draw as much energy as he needs from the boundless ocean of limitless natural resources. Until now, mankind, bathing in an ocean of energy, has been able to master only a drop, mainly extracting energy carriers from the depths of the Earth. The gigantic thermal energy inside the Earth is practically untouched, and it is constantly accumulating from space, seeking an outlet in volcanic eruptions and discharging its surplus with destructive earthquakes and tsunamis, instead of serving humanity, at the same time saving it from the tragic consequences of its unbridled ness. Man is on the threshold of mastering gravity, taking a pittance from it for now (tidal power plants). We have only just begun to master the unlimited energy of the micro-world (nuclear power plants), etc.

The demographic problem will disappear, since humanity united in a fair society is able to manage everything, including itself, on a scientific basis for the benefit of each individual, coping with both its growing numbers and settlement, regardless of current state borders, which will lose their former significance in the conditions of the triumph of globalisation in a socialist way. And ahead is the large-scale development of space — of course, if it is possible to save humanity from destruction by global capital and build world communism.

The problem of national and similar relations (racial, religious), consisting in achieving equality and full rights (sovereignty) of nations and nationalities has long been solved theoretically. Its practical solution is hindered only by imperialism with its inevitable pursuit of profit by private individuals «headlong», that is, away from reason and therefore with the unchanging policy of «divide and rule», while theoretically a way has already been provided to replace the confrontation of nations with friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance. And even the corresponding practice has taken place, although not complete, but obvious embodiment of such relations in the conditions of real socialism (USSR, other states of the world system of socialism). A world state as a multinational Union of socialist republics, where the equality of nations at the level of full rights (sovereignty) of the republics does not conflict with the full rights of the entire union state based on the application of the principle of consensus in decision-making (this principle was applied in the creation and activities of, for example, the imperialist European Union, in an attempt to level inevitable contradictions between the exploitative elites ruling in the union republics). Such contradictions are not expected at all in the world socialist Union due to the absence of exploitative elements, and statehood itself as an organ of violence will die out as exploitative tendencies, bourgeois psychology and relapses of offences are eliminated, turning into public self-government.

The problem of harmonizing social relations is the same main and primary problem of humanity today as the achievement of peace, on which the very survival of civilization depends, since its solution means the exclusion of the source of wars, that is, imperialism. Socialism removes antagonism by (1) excluding exploiting classes from public life, gradually eliminating class differences in general, and (2) achieving a level of social labour productivity that satisfies all material and spiritual needs of each person, taking into account the characteristics of gender, profession, age, nationality, and personal interests, as a result of highly organized collective labour with the free use of the latest scientific and technological achievements.

But it is not enough to know the saving advantages of global socialism compared to attempts at globalisation that destroys humanity in an imperialist manner. It is necessary to know how to facilitate the objective transition of the world from capitalism to socialism (communism) by means of the subjective factor.

Fortunately, such a subjective factor has already been discovered. It was discovered by V.I. Lenin and it has worked practically in the preparation and implementation of the objectively ripe Great October Socialist Revolution: the creation of a party of revolutionaries armed with a modern science of social life, the introduction of this science into the revolutionary masses and their organization for a victorious struggle.

And the difference is only in the scale: in October 1917, in bourgeois-landowner Russia, we were talking about a local socialist revolution, in a single country or in several countries, since the revolutionary situation did not exist throughout the world, but now, in the conditions of globalisation, we are talking about a world socialist revolution, since the world revolutionary situation is maturing, if it has not already matured. For example, the world hegemonic Anglo-Saxon detachment of the world financial oligarchy and the military-political elite of the states where it is based (USA, Great Britain) is clearly not able to govern the world as before. And even a dilemma arose: it is either globalisation in a socialist way and the survival of humanity, or globalisation in an imperialist way with complete lack of rights and forced labour, or the death of humanity as a result of the all-destroying Third World War with the use of weapons of mass destruction.

Only the subjective factor lags behind the objectively mature world socialist revolution: there is no world party of revolutionaries (the Comintern of the Leninist type), nor is there general recognition by revolutionaries of the modern science of social life (Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-sKimilsungism-Kimjonilism). All this can and must be accomplished as quickly as possible, since the delay in creating the subjective factor of the world socialist revolution and lagging behind means de facto allowing the globalisers to get it done in an imperialist manner (that is, modern opportunism). It must be overcome by disengagement from opportunism, on the one hand, and the ideological and organizational unity of orthodox communists who possess the modern science of social life, on the other.

The next axiom. Two main features of the modern conditions of the struggle against imperialism, which most influence the tactics of the communist and workers’ movement.

The first feature. Modern capitalism continues to be in the stage of imperialism, that is, the primacy of competition between monopolies and the dominance of the financial oligarchy. But we are at the current, final stage of imperialism — a global one, when the leading role is no longer played by national monopolies with their opposing unions, but by global ones, and dominance is exercised not only by local oligarchies, but, above all, by world oligarchies. Moreover, national monopolies and local oligarchs, by virtue of the law of capitalist competition, adapt to the needs of world monopolies or are suppressed and destroyed by the world financial oligarchy, representing a new kind of internal capitalist, imperialist contradictions, as well as the competitive struggle between various detachments of the world financial oligarchy.

Historically, the world financial oligarchy has entered the world arena of political struggle in 1945, at different times in separate detachments in national or regional form: the Anglo-Saxon detachment, the European, Russian, Chinese, Arab-Islamic, etc. All of them are therefore at different stages of manifestation of the inevitable law of transition of imperialist states in politics from the “democratic” deception of the working masses to extremist, terrorist methods of suppressing them and maintaining their dominance (fascism). History shows that the internal resistance of the proletariat and its labour allies to the fascist regime of their states, of course, requires the utmost resistance of the proletariat, but has little chance of success, and an external force is needed to destroy fascism. An example is the collapse of the statehood of the German Nazis by the anti-Hitler coalition, mainly by the Soviet Union, and not as a result of the efforts of the German working people led by the Communist Party of Germany who were cunningly deceived and cruelly suppressed by Hitler.

Of the currently existing detachments of the world financial oligarchy, the Anglo-Saxon detachment was the first to break through to a world role. Historical conditions developed in such a way that it did not have to carry out a long evolution in foreign policy from the «democracy» of the home states (the USA and Great Britain) to fascism. Fascism was immediately adopted by it, since the contender for world domination — German Nazism — was defeated, and science gave the military-political elite of the USA the ultimate weapons – nuclear ones, which was used by the Anglo-Saxons, along with the economic power of the USA that had grown fat in the Second World War, to seize world hegemony. Then, with the help of the Marshall Plan, the US gave birth to its satellite and at the same time its competitor – the European financial oligarchy. It became their ally in the matter of establishing world hegemony, including the use of fascist methods (Libya, Yugoslavia, etc.), but has long been trying, unsuccessfully so far, to play an independent role (the introduction of the euro parallel to the dollar, etc.)

This neo-fascist West, having destroyed the Soviet Union, gave birth to the Russian oligarchy by attracting the opportunistic and treacherous part of the Soviet Communist party and state nomenclature of the USSR to rob their own country, which allowed the US to destroy its main geo-strategic enemy at that time, the Soviet Union. The Chinese oligarchy also arose as a result of the ruling party’s refusal to curtail the NEP, as V.I. Lenin bequeathed and I.V. Stalin quickly implemented, replacing the NEP under the pressure of a dangerous international situation with the help of mobilization economy. Due to the bourgeois law of capital concentration, many Chinese NEPmen naturally grew into dollar oligarchs. And now the future of China will depend on whether the Chinese workers and their labour allies can keep their vanguard — the Communist Party of China — in line with proletarian ideology and politics, or whether the oligarchs will restructure its ideology and practice to suit their own needs. An Arab-Islamist detachment of the world financial oligarchy has grown up on the exploitation of the richest natural energy resources. The oligarchs of Turkey, Japan and a number of other countries are striving for a world role, manoeuvring and clustering among themselves and around certain detachments of the world financial oligarchy.

Today, two main opposing camps of the world financial oligarchy are practically taking shape, and the fate of the world and the existence of humanity primarily depend on their confrontation. These are (1) the neo-fascist Anglo-Saxon camp (USA, Great Britain, plus the EU states and others); it has at its disposal world institutions for the implementation of its dominion: NATO, the UN, the WTO, the IMF, etc.; numerous satellites in Europe and on other continents under the control of the Anglo-Saxons help them to maintain their world hegemony. And (2) the «democratic» camp of the oligarchy, which has not yet matured to fascism (China, Russia, Iran, etc.), they have young, not yet developed world institutions at their disposal: the Union State of Belarus and Russia, the CIS, the Eurasian Economic Union, the SCO, BRICS. There are contradictions within the camps of world oligarchs, some of their members manoeuvre between the camps, for example, the Turkish oligarchs. The main resolute opponent of imperialism and of the world financial oligarchy, the proletariat, unlike the world oligarchs, does not yet have any world institutions, being organized only by national quarters.

Meanwhile, in the conditions of the dominance of the world financial oligarchy, the probability of the victory of local socialist and national liberation revolutions is sharply reduced, since the economic and political situation in individual countries is more than before dependent on oligarchic forces in the world arena.

Therefore, the international efforts of national communist parties should prevail over national ones in their tactics, and such prevalence should be organized, that is, have its own centralized leadership. The main target for the proletariat and their labour allies everywhere is the world financial oligarchy, and among the detachments of the world financial oligarchy, the main target is the Anglo-Saxon detachment of the world financial oligarchy that has grown to fascism, and the military-political elite of the states where it is based — the USA and Great Britain.

The second feature of the modern conditions of struggle, which decisively influences the modern tactics of the communist and workers’ movement, is the presence of weapons of mass destruction in all detachments of the world financial oligarchy, the use of which in the inter-oligarchic struggle or in the suppression of a local national or social liberation revolution can lead to the Third World War, but the use of «absolute» weapons is also capable of destroying humanity. Hence the leading role in the modern tactics of the proletariat of the struggle for peace against the neo-fascist detachment of the world financial oligarchy (which, however, does not mean either the all-forgiveness of the local bourgeoisie, especially those who enter into an alliance with the world neo-fascists) is the formation of the broadest world anti-fascist front, including (1) everything socialist that remains was in the world and is emerging in it, (2) national liberation, including bourgeois and even local oligarchic elements, oppressed and suppressed by the world neo-fascist oligarchy.

The Leninist-Stalinist tactics of using inter-imperialist contradictions in the fight against the fascist part of the world financial oligarchy should become the norm. This refers, for example, to (1) Lenin’s salvation of the Great October Socialist Revolution from defeat by the German imperialists and the Entente in 1918 by concluding a compromise separate treaty (of Brest-Litovsk) with annexations and contributions with German imperialism, although the Bolsheviks were fundamentally against unfair peace treaties with annexations and contributions; (2) Stalin’s involvement in the anti-Hitler coalition of the «democratic» imperialists of the USA and Great Britain, as a result of which they fought not with Hitler against the USSR, but, for better or worse, with the USSR against Hitler, etc.

In today’s situation, given the danger of the neo-fascist world financial oligarchy using any local war for its expansion and its development into an all-destroying world slaughter, it is of particular importance to develop into practical concreteness the idea of ​​Marx and Engels that the proletariat would prefer to buy off the bourgeoisie. Lenin shared this idea. Such an idea today should be dictated not only by the humane essence of communism, the danger of casualties as a result of the inevitable resistance of the local bourgeoisie to the socialist revolution, but also by the possibility of the effective use of any class conflict, including the socialist revolution, by the world financial oligarchy in its favour through the use of foreign force in it. The ideal of the communists is to maintain a peaceful course of both local and world socialist revolution, as well as the recognition of a just war against the class enemy in the event of its use of force to continue intolerable exploitation or to carry out local terror and external aggression.

Of course, the neo-fascist part of the world financial oligarchy, intoxicated by its temporary economic, political, informational-psychological and military power, is unlikely to voluntarily agree to a civilized compromise agreement with the proletariat for the sake of peace and to accept a ransom. And in addition to the proletariat’s preference to buy it off for the sake of peace, in order for it to take place, the enemy — the bourgeoisie — also needs a preference for peace. Therefore, the implementation of such a peace-loving tactic as a ransom from the bourgeoisie (and the forms of such a ransom are simple, some of them have already been used in the practice of socialist development in the USSR after the Great October), depends on the ability of the proletariat to create such a world counterforce that will force the neo-fascist world financial oligarchy to agree to this. That is, to implement on a global scale what V.I. Lenin was able to do in October 1917 in Russia, having accumulated and concentrated all the revolutionary forces and put them into action in the right place and at the right time, thereby ensuring the peaceful victory of the objectively mature Great October Socialist Revolution.

Such a world anti-fascist force now exists, but so far it does not have the corresponding self-awareness and an adequate united world revolutionary organization with a leading communist vanguard, the only one capable of bringing the anti-fascist cause to an end. To bring such self-awareness to all parts of the broad anti-fascist front, to unite it, to help it organize on a global scale is the task of a single world proletarian vanguard, the creation of which is the primary task of communists (the Comintern).

All the existing excuses for not creating the Comintern do not stand up to criticism and are the result, at best, of underestimating its saving role, at worst, of opportunistic aid to the oligarchs. One way or another, but in the absence of the Comintern, the world proletariat has no organizer and ideological inspirer either to gather the proletarian forces into a single fist, or to concentrate a single world anti-fascist front, The world oligarchs have no one with whom to conclude a civilised peace treaty, if some of them who have not lost their minds and do not want the self-destruction of humanity, could come to the conclusion that it is desirable or necessary. A possible form of a civilised agreement between the world financial oligarchy, on the one hand, and the world proletariat, on the other (a form of ransom from the bourgeoisie):is that the financial oligarchy transfers its power and all property to the world socialist government under a guarantee of maintaining the existing standard of living of the oligarchs and their family members within reasonable limits for 1-2 generations.

Having acquired power and using the principles of a planned economy, the world socialist government, under the scientific management of the Comintern, is able to develop the productive forces in a peaceful environment so as to fulfil the obligation under the agreement with the oligarchs and to bring the well-being of every earthling to their standard of living.

Conclusion: humanity needs a worldwide Comintern of the Leninist type. The Communist Party of the Soviet Union could proclaim and begin to organize its creation, starting with the ideological component.

The following axiom. An example of the retreat of the world communist movement from the stated axioms, that is, one specific manifestation of modern opportunism.

These days, events are taking place, the outcome of which promises a certain turning point in international relations, a sharp weakening of the main reactionary force on the Planet, the neo-fascist Western detachment of the world financial oligarchy, or even its destruction.

We are talking about the war in Ukraine. The first feature of this war is that it is being waged on the territory of the former USSR, and therefore one of its goals on the part of the aggressor, the Anglo-Saxon world oligarchy, is to prevent the revival of the Soviet Union by dividing the Soviet people through bloodshed, to implement the next step after the destruction of the USSR — the development of its territory, human resources, its natural and man-made wealth for the needs of maintaining its own hegemony in the world.

Another feature is that the war was deliberately prepared and unleashed by the military-political elite of the United States in one of the typical ways: by organizing a bloody coup in Kiev in 2014, by organizing the coming to power of a local reactionary force, nationalists and fascists (Banderovites), by planting their protege in the highest state post, the presidency, and by using this puppet to prepare and unleash a war against the peoples of Russia, Belarus and their Union State, weakening their statehood by war, dismembering and destroying them with the subsequent use of their resources against China, the main geo-strategic enemy of the United States today.

This war is being carried out in one of the modern forms typical of the period of globalisation. This is a hybrid war and a proxy war, that is, a war between the United States, Great Britain and their satellites by all possible means, not only military ones, using the «natives» — the Soviet people. But in the event of a threat of defeat on Ukraine they use mercenaries from all over the world, and it is possible that the US and NATO will use their own military forces.

Unlike the Great Patriotic War, when it was necessary to fight against the fascism of the European continent led by Nazi Germany, this war against the Soviet people is not being waged by a European, but a global force, and it is not the single Soviet socialist country that is confronting the world enemy, but the oligarchic Russia.

The oligarchs of Russia are pursuing their own class interests in this war, but they coincide with the interests of the national liberation movement of the Russian-speaking population of Donbass, the anti-fascist interests of the population of Ukraine and the interests of all humanity — in the need to repel the expansion of the neo-fascist Western financial oligarchy, aimed at maintaining its world domination.

As already noted, the Russian oligarchs were created by the Western neo-fascist oligarchy that destroyed the Soviet Union as a result of the Cold War (the first large-scale hybrid war using a «fifth column» in the form of a corrupt opportunistic party-state nomenklatura). Having easily and immeasurably become rich within short months and years, having appropriated public property through privatisation, the Russian oligarchy had hoped to enter into a common pool with its Western masters aimed at exploiting and robbing the entire world, and therefore at first they meekly surrendered their positions in the international arena in Yugoslavia, Libya, Iraq, etc. to the West and even asked to join NATO, a military instrument of global expansion. But the West has refused the Soviet nouveau riche an equal geo-strategic cooperation. The inevitable competition of world monopolies, extending to the destruction of competitors, had an effect. The Russian oligarchs kicked up a fuss on the Syrian issue, for the first time not yielding their position to the US and using force. Since then, there has been a period of confrontation between the Anglo-Saxon and Russian oligarchs, between the US and NATO on the one hand, and Russia on the other. The Ukrainian tragedy should end in destruction of the enemy- of course, if the opposing oligarchs do not come to an agreement among themselves, and they have already demonstrated the ability to do so in 2014. Then, in 2014, after the bloody coup in Kiev, organized by the USA and its satellites, a conspiracy took place: Russia took over Crimea and the USA agreed not to fight for it, of course, counting on the temporary nature of such a concession. Russia in exchange agreed to give the rest of Ukraine to the USA, including Donbass (the Minsk agreements, which envisaged, contrary to the results of the referendums in the LPR and DPR, the preservation of these republics as part of a pro-fascist Ukraine with a mythical special status), agreeing not to fight for Ukraine (the permission of the Russian Federation Council to introduce troops into Ukraine, received by the President of Russia, was immediately cancelled by the Russian Federation Council at his request).

As a result, Russia regained part of its original territory (Crimea), the patriotic image of the Russian President as «the gatherer of Russian lands» rose sharply, and the United States received the opportunity to prepare a springboard in Ukraine for a war of extermination against Russia. The national liberation movement of Donbass and the anti-fascist interests of the population of Ukraine, as well as the interests of the Soviet people in preserving the integrity of their territory and its freedom from fascists and foreign invaders, were betrayed by the Minsk agreements. The security interests of Russian oligarchs also suffered, which soon became obvious to them.

With its belated Special Military Operation (SMO), oligarchic Russia is so far successfully, but at a high price, trying to correct its mistake of 2014.

The goal of the Soviet people in this war in Ukraine is to expel Western and local neo-fascists from their territory. For all Soviet people, this war is aggression by Western neo-fascists, its armed intervention and, at the same time, a civil war. And this is the basis for the participation of all Soviet people in this war on the side of Russia, which is currently being held back by the ruling circles of most of the former Soviet republics, as well as the basis for assistance to Russia from all progressive forces in the world.

Like any local war at present time, the war on the territory of Ukraine can develop into a Third World War with the use of nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction, which cannot be allowed. There are only two ways to do this: (1) the false one — stopping the war for the sake of negotiations aimed at preserving the American-Banderites rule in at least in part of Ukraine and (2) the only effective one — bringing the SVO to a victory.

In such a situation, the international communist movement has split. Some communists consider the war in Ukraine to be purely imperialistic, predatory, and see both Western and Russian oligarchs as the culprits of the war, and accordingly, they demand that the proletariat take the third path to ending the war, tested in World War I, but absolutely unrealistic at the moment — to oppose the governments of both the USA (and other NATO countries) and Russia, to seek the defeat of both governments, and to overcome the war in Ukraine by a socialist revolution (as V.I. Lenin quite correctly proposed and implemented regarding World War I, given its purely imperialistic, predatory character on the part of all warring parties). But in this case, this is a pure abstraction, since there are no conditions for a socialist revolution in either Ukraine or Russia, no mature revolutionary situation and no organized revolutionary forces to carry out vanguard communist actions capable of leading to victory. In Ukraine, these forces are disorganized and crushed by the fascists of the West and Banderites, following the example of Hitler’s Germany. There are no ideologically and organizationally united forces in Russia either. Therefore, the proposal of the path of socialist revolution in Russia, in America and other NATO countries as a way to eliminate the military conflict in Ukraine in order to avoid a world fire dangerous for humanity is dogmatic demagogy. Other communists demand decisive support for the Special Military Operation (SMO) of Russia, which has grown into a war between the neo-fascist oligarchs of the West and the «democratic» oligarchs of Russia, considering that from its side, despite the fact that the war is being waged by Russian oligarchs, the war is just, since it was not Russia that started it, but modern fascists, and it contains an indisputable liberation component.

Here is a fairly complete list of axiomatic arguments in support of Russia’s victory in this war:

1. The US and NATO attacked Russia with aggressive goals, and it was not Russia who attacked the US and NATO (in this case, Marx’s teaching on just and unjust wars under capitalism comes into force);
2. The initiator of the war is the world oligarchy that has grown to fascism (the US, Great Britain and their allies), while in Russia there is still a «democratic» oligarchy, it has not yet grown to fascism, and in any conflict in the interests of the proletariat and its socialist revolution one should support a less reactionary force fighting a more reactionary force;
3. This war has a progressive component, achieved by oligarchic Russia as the only real force: (1) speaking out against Western neo-fascism as the most reactionary force on the Planet, threatening universal enslavement and even the life of civilization, (2) supporting the national liberation movement of Donbass, (3) denazification of Ukraine, that is, liberation of the Ukrainian people from American-Banderite fascism, (4) liquidation of aggression of foreign fascism in the Ukrainian part of the territory of the USSR and ending the civil war here, (5) demilitarisation of Ukraine to ensure Russia’s security in this direction and stopping the advance of the aggressive NATO bloc to the East to the borders of the main geo-strategic opponents of Western neo-fascists — China and the DPRK.

Thus, in light of the above axioms of modern Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism, the first mentioned above communists are opportunists, collaborators with the neo-fascists of the West and Ukraine, since they call on workers to oppose Russia, which is waging a just war with the most reactionary force on the Planet, while the second ones are committed to the correct communist tactics, developed for modern conditions in the interests of the proletariat and its labour allies, the national liberation movement and peace on the Planet, taking into account the class characteristics of the moment and the balance of forces. That is, in the decisions and actions of communists in connection with the war in Ukraine, the interests of all mankind must prevail, the need to defeat the most reactionary force on the Planet — the Western neo-fascist oligarchy, preventing the war from escalating into a world slaughter, especially with the use of nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction. In this light, proposals for an immediate peace in Ukraine between the pro-fascist regime of Zelensky, the USA and NATO, on the one hand, and Russia, on the other, are also a compromise, since they are aimed at saving fascist Ukraine and the neo-fascists of the USA and NATO from complete defeat.

It is in the interests of the Soviet people to expel foreign and local fascists from Soviet territory. It is in the interests of the Russian-speaking national liberation movement of Donbass to satisfy its desire to be with Russia and in Russia. It is in the interests of the entire Ukrainian population to liberate themselves from Western and local fascism (denazification), from the means and opportunities for the fascists to wage an anti-people aggressive war (demilitarisation), to liberate the peoples of Europe from violent service to the geo-strategic plans of Western neo-fascism, from overseas dictate, from the role of satellites of the neo-fascist monster, right up to the role of cannon fodder.

Considering that Russia and its army are the only real anti-fascist force here for the solution of all these liberation tasks, it is clear that the demand of the so-called communists to condemn the SVO is in fact an agreement with Western neo-fascism (modern opportunism), assistance to it. And if at the moment it is necessary to demand something from the Russian oligarchs and their government, then, first of all, it must be the mandatory bringing of the SVO to a complete victory, the refusal of another “agreement” with the neo-fascist oligarchs of the West through «peaceful» negotiations and a return in everything to the traditional victorious methods of the USSR — the country that defeated fascism.

The refusal of the Russian oligarchs to achieve a complete victory, which is much more likely only with a return to socialism, may in the future become one of the factors of the socialist revolution in Russia. Of course, the axiom of the need to focus the class confrontation against Western neo-fascism, without a victory over it, it’s impossible for humanity to transition from imperialism to communism, the need to form the broadest anti-fascist front for victory requires comprehensive and universal support from all anti-fascist forces of Russia’s military operation in Ukraine, since Russia turned out to be an integral and most essential part of such a front. Only such support can guarantee Russia’s complete victory in the war with the USA (NATO) in Ukraine.

Against the background of this axiom, the reason for the collapse of the European Communist Initiative (ECI) is clearly visible. The actual main force behind it is the Communist Party of Greece that, without consulting the other founders of the ECI, announced the dissolution of the ECI due to the split and the lack of universal support for the stated opportunistic position of the Communist Party of Greece on the Ukrainian issue.

The opportunism of the Communist Party of Greece has been and is being manifested not only in its conciliatory position on the Ukrainian issue. Thus, this party has taken an opportunistic position with respect to the European Union. It would seem clear that the European Union is an imperialist state of the highest order (a modern bourgeois federation), created by European oligarchs and a satellite of the United States, which benefits from the European Union in order to ensure US hegemony over the European states that are part of it, to attract them to support US world domination and to contain the competitive encroachments of the European oligarchs. And since the European Union is an imperialist state, it is imperative for communists to have a single orthodox communist party in it, and not an opportunist party like the European Left, to mobilize and organize the protesting multinational proletariat and its labour allies to break the imperialist apparatus of the European Union and to replace it with a socialist apparatus, that is, to carry out a socialist revolution on the scale of the European Union and to break this imperialist statehood, which would be a devastating blow to the neo-fascists of the United States, depriving them of their main ally.

But today we see that the revolutionary situation in Europe as a whole is fully ripening, if not already ripe, and the European revolution does not have a single vanguard, without which it will not be resolved by a socialist revolution. This is the result of the fact that the Communist Party of Greece stubbornly resisted the transformation the ECI into such a single European Communist Party or the creation of a single party in addition to the ECI. It has kept the ECI in line with only the development of pan-European proletarian problems and the coordination of the actions of the communist parties of Europe, but not in line with the organization of a single ideological and organizational vanguard of the European proletariat, guided by the principle of democratic centralism and proletarian discipline. As a result, to this day the European oligarchy has its own anti-proletarian weapon — the European Union, and the European proletariat does not have its own single weapon to fight it. The spontaneous efforts of the working masses of the different states that are part of the European Union, without a single vanguard, have every chance of being defeated by the European oligarchs united in the European Union. This is the essence of the opportunism of the Communist Party of Greece in the issue of the European Union, which puts forward the slogan of its country’s exit from this reactionary state, but does not supplement it with the slogan of the revolutionary transformation of the imperialist European Union into a socialist one through a united onslaught of the organized European proletariat at the head of a European anti-imperialist front under the leadership of the communists, in relation to which there is not even a call for the creation of such a front, not to mention specific actions to create it.

It is clear that the proletariat of Greece and the entire European Union will have to overcome the stated opportunistic weakness of its movement. Therefore, the unauthorized dissolution of the ECI by the Communist Party of Greece can be characterized by the phrase «the Moor has done his job (helped the stability of the imperialist European Union), the Moor can leave now.» Most likely, the ECI was created precisely for this purpose: to concentrate European communist forces in order to let off their steam.

Hopes for the ability of the ECI to grow into a world Comintern were also not justified. The only thing that was achieved was the decision to admit not only European communist parties to the ECI. But the task of reviving the Comintern on the basis of the ECI was never set.

The next axiom. The national and international task of Soviet communists is to revive the USSR.

 The survival of Russia, including its victory in Ukraine, would have been guaranteed if the Russian people, together with all other peoples on the territory of the USSR, had regained their large and powerful Motherland — the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. And even if the Soviet Union had not been destroyed, the current tragic events in Ukraine themselves would have been impossible.

The Soviet Union for a long time was at the forefront of the socio-economic, scientific-technical and socio-political progress of mankind, was the guarantor of peace, the core and foundation of the world system of socialism, the main geo-strategic opponent of imperialism, promising victory over it. The hegemonic power of the imperialist world – the USA – managed to destroy the USSR by organizing sabotage against Stalinism and taking advantage of its success, which hasled to the anti-Soviet power of the ruling party-state nomenklatura who had brought its opportunism to the end and dressed itself in bourgeois clothes. Its degeneration led to the replacement of the state of power (dictatorship) of the proletariat in the form of the Soviets by the power of the corrupt apparatus of the party. The necessary gradual development of the power of the working class (dictatorship of the victorious proletariat) into public self-government on the path to a classless society — communism — was disrupted, that is, the development of socialist democracy was stalled, when dictatorial methods in relation to the defeated classes inside and outside the country and their ideology would be supplemented by comprehensive educational measures and measures of moral and material interest, the development of socialist democracy as a guarantee of genuine democracy and socialist activity of the masses was stalled.

After the death of I.V. Stalin, the party leadership gradually broke away from the party masses, and the party as a whole ceased to fulfil the role of the vanguard of the working class, its labour allies and the entire Soviet people as a whole. Naturally, deformations of socialism began in all spheres of public life, bourgeois relations matured. Having gained strength, they led to the removal of the party from power and allowed the state comprador Gorbachev-Yeltsin coup to be carried out in August-December 1991, to liquidate the USSR as a geopolitical reality and to transform the united territory of the USSR into bourgeois republics divided by real borders. The Soviet people, which had emerged after the Great October and the formation of the USSR as a multi-ethnic nation of the highest order, was torn apart. This counter-revolutionary process began during the lifetime of I.V. Stalin and despite his conscious efforts, when the Politburo of the Central Committee of the CPSU, upon the adoption of the Socialist Constitution of the USSR (1936), having agreed to the transfer of elections from industrial districts to territorial ones and thereby ensuring the nationwide character of elections in a socialist society, rejected the practice of socialist (that is, without the participation of pro-bourgeois forces) alternative elections proposed by I.V. Stalin as a guarantee against the bureaucratic degeneration of a socialist society.

I.V. Stalin managed to thwart the conspiracy of the party nomenklatura against Soviet power in 1937 (the enemies of Soviet power later called this suppression of the conspiracy «Stalinist repressions»), but he did not have time to fully implement his plan to save Soviet power as a dictatorship of the working class in relation to local and foreign class enemies and at the same time a socialist democracy for the workers, led by the Communist Party, although he waged this struggle until his death. It is characteristic, naturally, that when the alliance of Western neo-fascists and «Soviet» nouveau riche struck the main supporting structure of the USSR in 1991 — its Communist Party, the people did not stand up for the degenerated party, which had lost both the Marxist-Leninist-Stalinist ideology in the form of Stalinism and socialist practice. And the USSR was destroyed without hindrance.

However, over the decades of the existence of Soviet power after the Great October, a Soviet socialist multi-ethnic nation of the highest order was formed — the Soviet people. They, like any nation, have the right, to self-determination, up to the revival of their common state — the USSR, in order to avoid their enslavement and genocide and for the sake of free positive development.

Only a single party of the Leninist-Stalinist type, that is, the CPSU created by Lenin and developed by Stalin, has the right to lead the struggle for the USSR. Not only the Soviet people, capable of reviving the USSR as an invincible force, but also all of humanity, which is on the verge of death from the agony of global imperialism, is interested in the revival of a renewed, that is, Leninist-Stalinist, USSR.

To this end, Soviet communists – members of the CPSU – must (1) bid farewell to anti-Stalinism as temporary opportunism, stand on the solid theoretical foundation of modern Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, bringing their program into line with modern realities, (2) combine the active struggle for socialism in the republics with the national liberation struggle of the entire Soviet people for the revival of the USSR, (3) eliminate the crisis in the leadership of the CPSU, artificially created by the New-Gorbachevites by organizing the inactivity of the CPSU Central Committee, that is, repel another attack on the CPSU, threatening the liquidation of the party, and also (4) eliminate the organizational pluralism imposed by the reaction in the all-Union communist movement, first of all, unite the CPSU and the All-Union Communist Party (Nina Andreeva), (5) achieve the return of the trust of the Soviet working class and its labour allies by selflessly defending their immediate and long-term class interests, (6) initiate the revival of the Comintern and join in the creation of the already forming broad world anti-fascist front for the victory over Western neo-fascism, including the victory on the Soviet territory of Ukraine.

The revival of the USSR is possible, as it is necessary both for the Soviet people and for saving humanity from destruction in the Third World War with the use of weapons of mass destruction, for the subsequent construction of world communism.
