Дорогие товарищи!

Высылаем текст призыва от 9 мая 2022 года к товарищу Леону Ландини, ветерану французского Сопротивления, президенту Центра коммунистического возрождения во Франции (PRCF) выразить нашу благодарность Советскому Союзу и Красной Армии по случаю годовщины Победы над нацизмом.

Этот призыв, переведенный на несколько языков (русский, испанский, английский), уже циркулирует по всему миру и находит яркие отклики одобрения.  Пожалуйста, прочтите его и, если сочтете нужным, широко распространите в своей стране и на международном уровне в одной из предлагаемых версий (на русском, испанском, английском). Мы выполняем переводы и на другие языки: немецкий, арабский, итальянский, китайский и т. д.

В то время, когда нацизм возрождается в сердце Европы в форме украинского батальона «Азов» при поддержке НАТО, где германский империализм, как никогда, перевооружается, где Европейский Союз хочет превратить свои договоры в официально присоединенную к НАТО континентальную империю и где существует опасность континентального и глобального расширения. поскольку война на Украине постоянно обостряется по инициативе ЕС и НАТО, при поддержке  этой войны может возникнуть опасность ядерного пожара, важно, чтобы антифашисты и защитники мира во всем мире высказали своё мнение, высоко подняли оскорбленную память о воинствующем антифашизме и вместе разрушили стену военной пропаганды и военной эскалации.

9 МАЯ 1945 ГОДА — 9 МАЯ 2022 ГОДА БЫВШИЕ ПАРТИЗАНЫ И ДРУЗЬЯ АНТИГИТЛЕРОВСКОГО СОПРОТИВЛЕНИЯ ВЫРАЖАЮТ ОГРОМНУЮ БЛАГОДАРНОСТЬ НАРОДУ БЫВШЕГО СОВЕТСКОГО СОЮЗА ПО СЛУЧАЮ 9 МАЯ 2022 ГОДА, 77-й ГОДОВЩИНЕ ПОБЕДЫ НАД ГЕРМАНИЕЙ

Пока антироссийская истерия вперемешку с гнилым антисоветизмом захлестывает мир, Европу и Францию и делается все не для того, чтобы призвать к переговорам, к миру и деэскалации на Украине, а для разжигания воинственности без заботы о потенциально деструктивных последствиях расширения конфликта, в то время, когда пронатовские СМИ пропагандируют «батальон «Азов», скандально представляя как якобы партизан (!) проверенных нацистов, которых в украинской армии очень много, в то время как империализм США, стремящийся к глобальной гегемонии и являющийся нераскаявшимся подстрекателем многих нынешних и прошлых массовых преступлений, делает все, чтобы превратить Европу, да и весь мир в потенциальное поле ядерной битвы, ввергает Европу во взрывоопасный социально-экономический кризис, когда германский империализм массированно перевооружается и пытается безо всякого стыда изобразить из себя освободителя замученной им в прошлом Украины, а также Советской России и Белоруссии, опираясь на своё антисемитское  и геноцидное порождение — кровавого Степана Бандеру, мы, ветераны Сопротивления, родственники и друзья борцов Сопротивления, хотим решительно  выступить против воинствующего союза и выразить нашу неизменную благодарность бойцам Красной Армии, которые дошли из Сталинграда до Берлина через победы в Москве, Ленинграде и Курске и собственными силами и ценой несравнимых жертв разгромили «непобедимый» гитлеровский вермахт.

Это полностью признал генерал де Голль, заявивший во время своего государственного визита в Москву в 1944 г.: «Французы знают, что Советская Россия сыграла главную роль в их освобождении».

Как это делал Морис Торез в разгар первой «холодной войны» для противодействия поджигателям войны и антисоветского реванша, мы повторяем во всеуслышание, что «французский народ никогда не пойдет войной против советского народа» и каких-либо его составных частей.

И прежде всего, помимо различных оценок, которые могут быть у некоторых из нас относительно нынешней ситуации на Украине, мы провозглашаем вместе с немецким философом Эммануэлем Кантом, автором Проекта вечного мира, что ничего не должно быть сделано в Украине или в отношении Украины с любой стороны, что может привести к «войне на истребление, которая положит конец человеческому роду, а вместе с ним и исчезновению субъекта всех прав», а именно человека.

8 и 9 мая 1945 года — это другая Европа, другая Франция, другой мир, сотворенный из мира, социального прогресса и международного сотрудничества, о котором мечтали народы, победившие гнусного зверя — нацистский экстримизм.

8 и 9 мая 2022 года более, чем когда-либо, мы призываем к искренним переговорам и военной деэскалации, пока еще есть время для исчезновения навсегда призраков Третьей мировой войны, истребления человечества и пресечения ползучего фашизма и нацизма.

Да родится, наконец, Европа мира, социального прогресса и всеобщего Просвещения! И чтобы Франция счастливых дней возродилась, Франция, восстановившая весь свой политический, дипломатический и военный суверенитет, чтобы, наконец, поставить мир труда в центр национальной жизни, как это было предложено CNR (Национальный Совет Сопротивления), и работать во имя мира и всеобщего сотрудничества, не против, а вместе со всеми народами бывшего Союза Советских Социалистических Республик. В том числе с русским, украинским и белорусским народами, которым мы так многим обязаны и которых не забываем в эти минуты великих страданий и смертных мук.

Alors qu’une hystérie antirusse mâtinée d’antisoviétisme rance déferle sur le monde, l’Europe et la France, et que tout est fait, non pas pour appeler aux négociations, à la paix et à la désescalade en Ukraine, mais pour nourrir le bellicisme et le manichéisme sans le moindre souci des effets potentiellement pan-destructifs qu’aurait une extension du conflit, alors que les médias pro-OTAN vont jusqu’à promouvoir le «Bataillon Azov» en présentant scandaleusement les nazis avérés, fort nombreux dans l’armée ukrainienne, comme des «résistants» ( !), alors que l’impérialisme étatsunien, en mal d’hégémonie mondiale et instigateur non repenti de tant de crimes de masse présents et passés, fait tout pour transformer l’Europe, voire le monde entier, en un champ de bataille potentiellement nucléaire tout en plongeant l’Europe, avec sa surenchère de « sanctions », dans une crise socioéconomique explosive, alors que l’impérialisme allemand réarme massivement et qu’il tente, toute honte bue, de se poser en libérateur d’une Ukraine qu’il martyrisa jadis, ainsi que la Russie et que la Biélorussie soviétiques en prenant appui sur sa créature antisémite et génocidaire, le sanglant Stépan Bandera, nous, vétérans de la Résistance, parents et amis de combattants de la Résistance, tenons absolument, à contre-courant de la présente union sacrée belliciste, à exprimer notre gratitude indéfectible à l’égard des combattants de l’Armée rouge qui, de Stalingrad à Berlin en passant par Léningrad, Moscou et Koursk, brisèrent l’ «invincible» Werhmacht hitlérienne par leurs seules forces et au prix de sacrifices sans égal. Ce que reconnut pleinement le Général de Gaulle quand il déclara, lors de sa visite d’Etat à Moscou en 1944 : « les Français savent que la Russie soviétique a joué le rôle principal dans leur libération».

Comme le fit Maurice Thorez au plus fort de la première «Guerre froide» pour contrer les va-t-en-guerre de la grande revanche antisoviétique, nous redisons haut et fort pour notre part que «le peuple français ne fera jamais la guerre au peuple soviétique«, ni à aucune de ses composantes passées.

Et surtout, par-delà les appréciations diverses que certains d’entre nous peuvent avoir de la situation actuelle en Ukraine, nous proclamons avec le philosophe allemand Emmanuel Kant, auteur du Projet de paix perpétuelle, que rien ne doit être fait en Ukraine ou à propos de l’Ukraine, de quelque côté que ce soit, qui puisse conduire à «une guerre d’extermination qui mettrait fin à l’espèce humaine, et avec elle, à la disparition du sujet de tout droit«, à savoir de l’être humain.

8 et 9 mai 1945 : c’est d’une tout autre Europe, d’une tout autre France, d’un tout autre monde épris de paix, de progrès social et de coopération internationale, que rêvaient les peuples victorieux de la Bête immonde et de l’exterminisme nazi.

8 et 9 mai 2022 : plus que jamais, nous appelons aux négociations sincères et à la désescalade militaire pendant qu’il en est encore temps pour que les spectres de la troisième guerre mondiale, de l’extermination nucléaire du genre humain et de la renaissance de moins en moins rampante du fascisme et du nazisme disparaissent à jamais de notre horizon commun.

Que naisse enfin une Europe de paix, de progrès social et de Lumières partagées ! Et que renaisse la France des Jours heureux, une France recouvrant toute sa souveraineté politique, diplomatique et militaire pour enfin mettre le monde du travail au centre de la vie nationale, comme y invitait le CNR, et pour travailler à la paix et à la coopération universelles. Non pas contre, mais avec tous les peuples de l’ex-Union des Républiques Socialistes Soviétiques. Y compris bien entendu avec les peuples russe, ukrainien et biélorusse, auxquels nous devons tant, et que nous n’oublions pas en ces moments de grandes souffrances et de mortelle angoisse.

ALEMANIA NAZI

Mientras una histeria antirrusa con antisovietismo rancio invade el mundo, Europa y Francia, y todo se hace, no para pedir negociaciones, paz y distensión en Ucrania, sino para alimentar el belicismo y el maniqueísmo sin la menor preocupación por los efectos potencialmente pan-destructivos que tendría una extensión del conflicto, mientras que los medios de comunicación favorables a la OTAN llegan incluso a promover el «Batallón Azov» presentando escandalosamente a los nazis probados, muy numerosos en el ejército ucraniano, como «resistentes» ( !), mientras que el imperialismo estadounidense, en busca de hegemonía mundial e instigador no arrepentido de tantos crímenes de masa presentes y pasados, hace todo lo posible para transformer Europa, o incluso el mundo entero, en un campo de batalla potencialmente nuclear hundiendo a Europa, con su escalada de «sanciones», en una crisis socioeconómica explosiva, mientras que el imperialismo alemán rearma masivamente y trata, con toda vergüenza, de presentarse como libertador de una Ucrania que martirizó en el pasado, así como de Rusia y de la Bielorrusia soviética apoyándose en su criatura antisemita y genocida, el sangriento Stépan Bandera, nosotros, veteranos de la Resistencia, familiares y amigos de combatientes de la Resistencia, deseamos absolutamente, a contracorriente de la presente unión sagrada belicista, expresar nuestra gratitud indefectible a los combatientes del Ejército Rojo que, Desde Stalingrado hasta Berlín, pasando por Leningrado, Moscú y Kursk, rompieron el «invencible» Werhmacht hitleriana con sus propias fuerzas y a costa de sacrificios sin igual. Lo que reconoció plenamente el General de Gaulle cuando declaró, durante su visita de Estado a Moscú en 1944: «los franceses saben que la Rusia soviética desempeñó el papel principal en su liberación».

Como lo hizo Maurice Thorez en el momento más álgido de la primera «Guerra Fría» para contrarrestar los bellicistas de la gran venganza antisoviética, reiteramos alto y claro por nuestra parte que «el pueblo francés nunca hará la guerra al pueblo soviético, ni a ninguno de sus componentes pasados.

Y sobre todo, más allá de las diversas apreciaciones que algunos de nosotros podemos tener de la situación actual en Ucrania, proclamamos con el filósofo alemán Emmanuel Kant, autor del Proyecto de Paz Perpetua, que nada debe hacerse en Ucrania o a propósito de Ucrania, de cualquier lado, que

pueda conducir a «una guerra de exterminio que pondría fin a la especie humana, y con ella a la desaparición del sujeto de todo derecho, es decir, del ser humano.

8 y 9 de mayo de 1945: los pueblos victoriosos de la Bestia inmunda y del exterminio nazi soñaban con una Europa totalmente diferente, con una Francia totalmente diferente, con un mundo totalmente diferente y amante de la paz, del progreso social y de la cooperación internacional.

8 y 9 de mayo de 2022: más que nunca, llamamos a las negociaciones sinceras y a la desescalada militar mientras todavía hay tiempo para que los espectros de la Tercera Guerra Mundial, del exterminio nuclear del género humano y del renacimiento cada vez menos rampante del fascismo y del nazismo desaparecen para siempre de nuestro horizonte común.

¡Que nazca por fin una Europa de paz, de progreso social y de Luces compartidas! Y que renazca la Francia de los Días Felices, una Francia que recupere toda su soberanía política, diplomática y military para poner por fin el mundo del trabajo en el centro de la vida nacional, como lo invitaba el CNR, y para trabajar por la paz y la cooperación universales. No en contra, sino con todos los pueblos de la antigua Unión de Repúblicas Socialistas Soviéticas. Incluso, por supuesto, con los pueblos de Rusia, Ucrania y Belarús, a los que tanto debemos, y que no olvidamos en estos momentos de gran sufrimiento y angustia mortal.

On  may 8 and 9, 1945, Europe was a completely different Europe, and so was France; the world was  a completely different world, a world  in love with peace, social progress and international cooperation, a world, which  the peoples victorious over the Filthy Beast  and Nazi exterminism dreamed of.

On may 8 and 9, 2022: More than ever, we call for sincere negotiations and military de-escalation while there is still time to do away with  the specter of World War III, with humankind’s nuclear extermination and with the rise anew of  fascism and nazism from our social horizons.

May a Europe of peace, social progress and shared Enlightenment be born at last! And may a France of Joyous Days be reborn, a France that has  recovered  all its political, diplomatic and military sovereignty; a France able to finally put the world of work at the center of national life (as the CNR invited us to); a France able  to work for universal peace and cooperation; not against, but with all the peoples of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republic, including of course, Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian peoples, to whom we owe so much, and whom we do not forget in these moments of great suffering and mortal anguish.
